I was surprised because I had had the policy over a year {long enough for a rate increase}. I felt mislead but still offered to pay half. Welp! As someone that's deathly afraid of the dentist. My worst fear would be a root canal. Well…read morelet me tell ya! I went from 3-4 days of excruciating unbearable tooth and face pain to being pain free, in less than 30 minutes, and root canal complete in about 55-75 minutes ( I fell asleep, as soon as I was numb, I'm not sure how long it took). I went to my dentist and they called got me scheduled for an hour later. For those that are afraid like I was, they numb you with a local, before they give you the shots to numb you fully. There was a little pinch of pain, when the needle had to go a little deeper, but nothing too bad, just close your eyes and you'll almost do not feel it. The doctor and staff were so kind and patient. No need for fear of judgement from them, which has been what's held me back for years, even after knowing I needed dental work done.
