It involved painful procedures but I was impressed with the patience and time that Dr. Michaels took to explain the complications I had. He was patient throughout that time. He took the time to look me in the eye and shake my hand both when we met and ended our session. (Yes, I checked and he did wash his hands each time lol). He is efficient with little waiting time and the forms are ready to complete upon your arrival. I suggest you get there at least 20-30 minutes before your appointment or you will be late or have a half finished file when your name is called. You may want to call to see if you need a urine sample because if so, you may as want to start drinking water. etc. or you will further delay things. This office is affiliated with the Lahey Clinic which I find impressive and evidence of the quality of care exhibited by this office. I sum, the doctor is friendly and lacks the "God Complex". The staff is super nice and they make you feel comfortable. Kudos for the super clean office, too. Keep up doing what you are doing, Dr. M et al!
