Monday, bought 4 cigars that I hoped would be fine. Two were ok. One was so dry/hard that when snipped off the end the wrapper ( on Tuesday) unwrapped, tried to smoke it but gave up about 1/3 of the way thru. Went store today to return unopened cigar and brought in cigar that had tried to smoke. End result was they would not refund any of my money but would let me choose one cigar to replace unopened cigar. I pointed out this one may not be any better. Be cautious, or go elsewhere . Dissatisfied with response.
