September 9th was altogether different experience. I moved out of a 1 bdrm home with outdoor furniture. It's been a long time since i moved and apparently I did not ask enough questions and Tim did not explain my cost options ( 3 hr min w/ 2 guys Vs 4 hr min w/ 3 guys) to ensure I understood the cost difference as a return customer. Also I was not offered my senior discount i see in prior reviews. I was charged a shrink wrap fee $20 when they had tons of blankets. Beware owner will not use Zelle, Venmo or PayPal to avoid a 5% Credit card fee-OUCH! Moving forward, I will call 3 other companies for comparison.

We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker…read more I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

From protecting my stairs and railings to lifting the heavy appliances as if they were nothing, your professionalism was impressive. It was such a relief to have the washer, dryer, refrigerator, table, and air conditioning unit moved so efficiently. I also truly appreciate the extra help you provided by bringing in those four large boxes that were delivered as you were leaving. This company is absolutely amazing. We hired them to come and junk haul our 5,700 square foot…read moreoffice. We had tons of desks, cubicles, and other items for them. They were prompt to respond to my ad on Facebook and we scheduled a time for them to come. I ended up having to push it back a day and they were very flexible. When the day came, they were great! All the guys were in such good spirits even though everything we had was one a second floor with no elevator (sorry again!!) We had so much stuff that their truck was at capacity and they were going to have to come back. We had a deadline of 6am, as we were turning over the keys to the landlord that morning. The guys came back at 1:30am to ensure it was done- I couldn't believe it! Even at 1:30 they were in good spirits. I will definitely be using them going forward!
