I called 2 times for a pick up. 2nd time he was North of Hemet doing errands, in San Jacinto. Said he would be back in another hour or so. We took the city bus back. Both of us are handicapped. My friend is in a walker and I have leg pains and cannot walk far without resting. It was a horrible experience.

We probably tried every company in the Menifee and surrounding areas while trying to get our car fixed. Gary, the owner, was always on time, always went out of his way to be helpful in any way he could; using his smartphone to help us find a rental car company one time, and picked us up from one that wouldn't work without any extra charge. He went way out of his way to help us when we needed it. You don't find people like that in business very often anymore. To cap it off, I accidentally left my purse in the taxi and he protected it from another passenger he had picked up after us who said it was hers (I could hear her in the background when he called me, insisting it was her purse - he shut her down) and drove to our home to deliver it to me. He is honest and considerate; he even helped carry our groceries to the house multiple times which is a fair distance from our driveway. He waited without charging us while we went to the grocery store. I couldn't be happier with the service of this company. Call Gary, he won't let you down.

What's the point of charging customers extra for faster pickup if the service does not actually deliver? It's frustrating, unreliable, and feels like a waste of money. People depend on Uber to get to work, appointments, and important places on time. When the app promises one thing and the actual wait time is completely different, it creates real problems. Uber needs to fix this because customers should not be paying extra just to still be late.

Sal, quoted me $20, he picked me up within 8 minutes and had me at school within 11. While he was driving I can tell he sensed my urgency to make it to my destination on time, I can tell he was trying his best to pass up the heavy traffic on Newport rd. My fare came out to be $13, I made it to class with a few minutes and cash to spare. Super nice and friendly and funny guy.

I usually use UBer but my app was not working. The taxi was waiting at the Stampede in Old Town Temecula. I asked if he had a fare already and the driver told me he was available. As we started driving I asked if I could use my card since usually I don't carry cash. He said no, but he could drive me to an ATM. Then as I'm about to get out of the taxi he tells me the fare would be $20 plus tip. Now the cost seemed really fishy to me. At this point I just wanted to get home. I went back into the taxi and he proceeded to drive me home. I noticed no GPS, no meter on & the word vacant. We finally get to my house. As I give him the $20 cash, he says PLUS tip. Really???? I just want him to leave now. I only had another $20 from the ATM the driver brought me to. So I tell him, "I'm not tipping you $20, I need change." I give him the $20 tip and he gives me $11 back.
