I've been there twice, same experience, excellent service and care. Intake is friendly and smooth. I felt they genuinely cared about my well being the minute I walked in. I had that same feeling throughout my visit. I was seen relatively quickly, a few people ahead of me. The physician was was friendly, professional and was thorough in his questions about my condition and concerns. I had injured my upper body in a recent car accident. I was thoroughly examined and released. Prescriptions were immediately sent to a nearby 24-hour pharmacy. I walked in, saw the doctor and picked up my prescriptions all within 90 minutes. They then just get your information and essentially blacklist your phone number. They are contractually obligated to take my insurance. They saw it was an hmo and then just ignored me despite me giving them all of my information. What a horrible way to operate a business and refuse someone based on their insurance even though they are in a contract with them. Sorry my insurance wasn't good enough but you are in the hpn database and you are taking on new patients. Simply ignoring my attempts to contact you is just childish. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. From the prime clerk, to the FP-Tech, they were all so friendly and welcoming. It's one of the very few offices I had trouble walking out of because I was enjoying the conversation. Now, to the actual work. They're very very quick, but I did notice that they get super random waves of people. When I got in, there was no one there. 10 minutes later, there was 6 of us there. 5 minutes later, I was done and out, and there was only 1 other girl after me. Have your stuff ready, and trust that they will have all their ducks in a row. You really get the bang for your buck here since it doesn't cost much at all, and they work very efficiently. This is now my go-to fingerprinting place whenever I need to do this again.
