After that first summer, my enthusiasm slowly dwindled away. I started paying a lawn care company, but it never looked as good as when I did it myself. So, I decided to do it myself again this year. My almost new lawn mower had sat so long, it needed some tuning up. I search online and found this company. I brought my lawn mower over and was told it just needed a little tune up and carburetor and air filter needed cleaning. His prices were reasonable and my mower was done the next day. Ryan, the owner of the business was straight forward and had excellent customer service. No up sell or anything. Their specialty is small engine repair. I'll definitely come back when I have small engine repair needs.

I took it back to them thinking that they would probably cover it or take something off when I got ready to pick it up. It was supposed to be two weeks and ended up being one month - they charge me $165 to change the carburetor again the carburetor was only about 30 bucks. They charge me over $130 in labor and parts. You would think that they would not charge me as much labor being that it hasn't even been a year since the carburetor was changed last time. Don't waste your time. My mistake, dropping it off to them a second time and I will never go back to them again. I had to insist they give me at least a 30 warranty in which they wrote in.

Fuel issues, like dirty fuel, or debris getting into the carb after the fact can cause "revving" noises. And if there are any issues be ready to demand that one of the movers call "the boss" and put you on the phone, otherwise you will get an answering service en Español. I could understand enough to know the boss was unavailable. This mover underbid other movers so I chose them in spite of the fact that they had only 2 reviews. That was my mistake. I decided to move my original appointment to a week later, the company said that would be fine. My request was a week before the original appointment so well within the time to cancel or make changes. They did NOT say that there were no appointments available and they would have to work me in. My storage unit closes at 5pm. But the original appointment was for 10am. The DAY OF my appointment they called to ask if they could come at noon. I said yes because... what am I going to do? Hire new movers? They pushed it back to noon. They didn't actually arrive until 2pm. They loaded up the items but I stopped them because I wanted to have time to unload. They took my items to my storage, partially unloaded but several heavy pieces of furniture were still on the truck. They wanted to take the items to someone's home for the evening. Then they wanted to leave my items on the truck at my apartment complex and come back tomorrow, but when? I felt sure that it would be another situation of working me in sometime during the day. They put all my furniture back in my apartment and would not admit any fault in what had occurred. They claimed that I didn't tell them my storage closed early... but that wouldn't have been an issue if they had been on time. Two of my furniture items were broken and they way they stacked my items made it clear that they were hired laborers without the moving expertise to know how to treat delicate furniture or how to stack things and maximize storage space. All of this could have been avoided had they simply been honest when I attempted to change my appointment. They didn't want to lose business. They chose to be unprofessional and overbooked their movers. I ended up hiring other movers and paying 3x the amount.
