If you want to buy Stihl equipment you might do ok. I don't know. Never bought from them as I own a fair number or Stihl chainsaws. However, understand this, they don't really put an effort in servicing them judging how they don't carry much in the way of parts in stock. Think about that before you make them your local Stihl dealer. Better yet, just let them handle your rental needs instead of being your small engine tools supplier. As for me, I went down the road to a full time dealer instead of this part time gig. read more

Jose Campos,the manager, has the worst customer service I've ever had. They gave me a faulty machine. He refused to verify the the problem with the machine. I had to go myself to find the Blade. I spoke to Randy, the shop foreman, who verified the blade was loose and apologized. Many factors goes into a business transaction the most important it's customer service and recognizing we all make mistakes. And when I mistake happens we rectify it. read more

I have rented from these guys two times. The first time the guys behind the counter were super rude. The second time the same thing. The machine rented broke while I was using it, not my fault at all, and the guy behind the counter would not refund my money. I had to go to the manager and appeal. Their prices aren't even all that great either. There are several other tool rental places in the area. Look at the other reviews posted on yelp and you will see a bad customer service trend with these guys. Don't give them your business. read more

A joke of a company that is only still in business because of their size. Yesterday the office calls my wife at 10am to confirm that the tables and chairs we rented would be delivered between 2-4pm and that they would call me when they're 30 min away. HA! Luckily, I randomly arrived at the house where the party would be at 11:30am and what do you know, the Aztec Rental truck is there and the guys were annoyed that they had been waiting. So disorganized it's comical. Now for the actually chairs and tables. These chairs and tables are the worst chairs and tables I've ever seen. It's actually insulting to your intellect that someone would charge people the amount that they charge for these tables and chairs that look 40 years old. (They probably are) Don't let the nice trucks fool you. It's evident the ONLY money they spend is on the trucks and advertising. I'll try to snap a few pics of the tables before they pick them up today at noon. Well they said noon, but let's actually see what time they really come and if they call like they said they would. So if you like dealing with an archaic ordering system that includes printing and scanning pdfs back to them like it's 2002, the office telling you one thing while the crew has totally different plans and tables and chairs that look like the B team of a 1970's school cafeteria, then Aztec is the place for you! read more

Drove across Houston to pick up several bags of Cookinpellets Perfect Mix (they're the sole vendor in the greater Houston area). Their price was competitive and they know their business. Efficient purchase and they were nice enough to load several 40# bags of wood pellets into my vehicle. Met the owner and he and I chitchatted about barbecue and smokers and whatnot. A good experience and a great price on what I needed. I'll definitely will be using them in the future. read more

I rented a large airless spray paint machine over the memorial weekend from AZTEC Rental Service and it quit working within one hour. I expect to have some issues with rentals not working properly so I went to Home Depot and rented another one. The one from Home Depot immediately was more powerful and it was the same size. The problem is Aztec would not give me a full refund on a machine that broke down and quit working. They closed Sat afternoon until Tuesday morning because it was memorial weekend. When I returned it Tuesday morning the first guy checked it out and sure enough it wasn't spraying, it was barley misting. Then a second guy hit it with a hammer it started working again. Well they refused to give me a full refund because they insisted that it worked just fine. They have terrible customer service and NO customer satisfaction. I couldn't wait until Tuesday to exchange and they shouldn't have given me a machine that needs to be hit a hammer for it to work!. I never expected to not receive a full refund for a broken down machine. I don't know companies like that stay in business. The machine from Home Depot worked perfect, very powerful, and they have great customer service. DO NOT RENT FROM AZTEC!! That company is a rip-off! read more

I will never rent from this terrible company again, I rented a port-a-potty, I sent in all my credit card information and the first rental and delivery were charged . Then they stopped cleaning because i dident pay for 2 months when i was signed up for auto-pay, then they blame me for not paying. read more
