There are quite a few lots with tiki huts and small modern RV homes that seem to fit very well with the landscaping.

You could tell it was newly renovated. There was a nice area to eat and another area just to sit and watch tv. They had a fitness room and an outdoor pool. We were greeted and I explained to the receptionist, Sade, that I would like to see a room and she was very helpful. She checked to see exactly what room my mom would be staying in and she found one to show us. We were impressed with the cleanliness of everything. She explained that as suspected everything was renovated. My mom confirmed that she would be fine staying here and I told her I may come hangout! Lol. I'm sure her stay will be nice and our first impressions were good. I'll try and update after her stay..

Unfortunately, our stay ended on a very disappointing note. A personal item with sentimental value was mistakenly discarded during housekeeping despite being left on the desk away from any trash bin. We were told that nothing was taken from the room, which does not align with the fact that our trash bins were emptied during housekeeping. The item was never recovered. Front desk staff were courteous, but the situation was not fully resolved in a way that reflected the value of what was lost. I hope management takes this seriously and improves housekeeping procedures so guests' personal belongings are handled with more care going forward to prevent this from happening to other guests.

The main pool had plenty of seating, a water slide, and a little kids areas. The rooms were spacious, especially for our large family. We had a two-bedroom unit with a full kitchen, separate living area, and generous bathrooms. The extra square footage made a big difference. There were a couple of minor downsides. Some of the common areas and resort amenities felt a bit dated. There was also an elicit or in the main building that was out of service. Our room did not have a washer and dryer but there was a nearby laundry room. All in all, a solid 4-star resort that delivered on space and pool variety. Great value for a relaxing Florida vacation!

Nice, big spacious room & we took full advantage of the kitchen since we got groceries, u have a shopping center across the street from the back part of the resort. nice small balcony over looking the mini golf, nice hot tub & good toiletries to use. As for the property it's cute, a bit outdated the place can probably use a facelift but overall not bad specially for the time frame we were there. 2 good size pools, both have hot tubs, there's a bar area outside but that was not open during the day seemed to be more later on. Across the way in the front of the resort u have the gym, spa & a nice lake area to check out. Overall this was a nice stay for us.

When I stayed here before it was clean and nice. The room was clean and no problems. We had to travel to that area to visit a sick friend and needed to book another room. I didn't realize Wyndham had taken over so first I had to call corporate to get my LQ reward points converted then I had to endure another phone sales pitch trying to get me to go on a vacation at one of their properties only to have to sit through some BS timeshare seminar. Finally I had my room reserved and when we arrived, the property looked the same on the outside but that was it. The hallways smelled musty, like dirty carpet and so did our room. We wore shoes in the room because we were afraid our feet would get nasty. Then as we were going to bed, a German cockroach crawled across my wife in the bed!!! We spent one night and unfortunately that will be our last night. I'll be going to Hampton Inn from now on. They are ALWAYS clean!!!

My sisters and I had a total of 3 rooms, the next morning my oldest sister checked out because there were roaches in her room they did refund her money for a 3 day stay. On the morning of the 21st, my other sister had a rash around her neck. When she got back home the rash was still there, she went to the ER and they said it was bed bug bites. Not a rash. She contacted the hotel and the health department, and they gave her the money back for the 3 days we stayed. On the third day, they emptied the trash and replaced the towels even though we had a do not disturb tag on our door, when I confronted them they lied and said they didn't do it even though they clearly did. In the process of them cleaning the room, they through away my granddaughter's brand new 600$ retainers and they would not take any responsibility for it, although clearly you could see they came in the room because they pulled the trash and replaced the towels. The pool was infested with leaves and dead bugs, along with a whole chair that my granddaughter and niece pulled out. So there you have it. This wasn't last minute reservations, so they had time to completely service the room and they didn't. And once again NEVER EVER stay at this property. It's not worth the money, or the aggravation and the hotel is just shitty in general.

The photos are extremely misleading. The exterior looks passable, but once you're inside the room,…read moreit's a completely different experience. It's obvious this hotel started renovations and then gave up halfway. Everything feels patched together in a rushed, careless way. The toilet and shower both have significant rust issues, which is unacceptable. The room was so humid that the floors were actually wet--everything felt damp, including bedding and now our clothes. The kitchenette is essentially useless. Yes, there's a fridge, microwave, and cooktop, but there are zero supplies. No pans. No utensils. No plates. Not even a fork or knife. Calling it a kitchenette is generous at best. We requested extra towels and had to ask two additional times before they were given. On day two, our door broke and we were locked out of our room--twice--until a manager could let us in while waiting for maintenance. That's not just inconvenient, it's a basic security issue. The overall vibe is grey, drab, and depressing. The bed was comfortable, which is the only positive thing I can say. An extra blanket would have been appreciated--it is Florida, but it's still winter. To top it off, when I asked a staff member where to put our trash (since there is no housekeeping service), he was rude and dismissive. This place feels neglected, poorly managed, and nowhere near the experience the photos suggest. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Better hotels in the area for same or less rate.

It was late, and when I finally found my room, it was dirty, the phone did not work, there was no TV remote, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could not sleep at all. The next day, I worked from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Despite my schedule, I stopped at the front desk to report the issues. June told me that all the beds were the same and offered another room next door (Room 269), which reeked of smoke--even though it was labeled non-smoking--so I declined. She did bring a TV remote. She also stated that none of the phones in the hotel were working, though I later discovered there wasn't even a phone line in the room. Because I was told all beds were the same, I did not pursue the issue further. That was a mistake. The bed caused severe back pain, and by the next morning I was limping. During my stay, a man with a pressure washer was working outside my door, and water was coming into the room. There was a strong smell of paint fumes, and a maintenance worker entered my room without knocking or being called, which was completely unacceptable. When I checked out, I stripped the bed and discovered holes in the mattress. I immediately brought this to housekeeping's attention, and they blamed my pugs. I then informed the front desk again. The staff member told me I should have reported it immediately, did not apologize, offered no resolution, and said I was "repeating myself." After not being heard the first time and sleeping in pain, of course I repeated myself. While still on the property, I contacted corporate, but they offered little to no resolution. Neither corporate nor the hotel manager apologized. Instead, they blamed me for not communicating--despite the fact that I did report the issue and was told this was the condition of all beds. I was there for work and did not have time to argue with a hotel that dismissed my concerns. I would never stay at this location again. I could not sleep, I could not work, and the room was completely unacceptable for $118 a night. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ever staying at a Motel 6 again.
