This is by far the best place to get used and new tires for an affordable price. I have been to other tire places and have broken my TPMS on my tires & after finding this place. I never looked for another place. They took care of me very well. Got me in and out & made sure my tires were matched by thread and brand name. Most places don't even care to do that much. I paid for 2 used tires $60. $30 each. There is a nice lady who runs the shop and she does accept debit/credit. I suggest to just go in with cash... I would've given 5 stars but the phone operator for the company was not very friendly or knowledgeable. I called to ask if they had a tire for my vehicle and I gave her the make and model and she couldn't tell me what size wheel I need. It's a tire shop... they are supposed to know or at least look up what tire I would need, but sure wasn't able to do that. Absolutely do not go here for any of your tire needs! These people are a complete rip off! I went in on Friday, just before closing, to get 2 used tires (I partially blame myself for not checking the tires when they put them on) but they gave me bald, unsafe tires! On my way home from their shop I hit a bumpy patch of road and my car literally jumped and slid to the right, causing me to almost hit the car in the next lane, so when I got to my house, which was maybe 20ish miles from them I checked the tires only to find they were bald! I went back to their shop on Monday to have this situation remedied and they tried to say that my car had severe suspension issues and that I "must've driven to Vegas" which caused the tires to become completely bald in the span of 3 days, when in fact I had only driven maybe 70 miles because i got so scared in my way home that night! I did tell them I needed an alignment done but they didn't have time to do it on fri, anyway, when I got home I checked the tires because of the car slipping into the next lane and, like I said, they were bald! I just kept getting the run around from them, being told that they "would never sell tires that were in such poor condition because they were not safe!" and they would "never let a customer drive off with tires in that condition". They completely refused to work with me and give me safe tires without charging me an additional $55 per tire (I already paid $40 ea).... for USED tires!!! They kept trying to push the narrative that my frame must be bent or the car had to have been in an accident and that I had severe suspension issues. I went and got the car looked at by another shop and turns out I simply needed an alignment which is what I told them from the get go.... oh AND tires that were not already bald and falling apart. The long and short of it is..... I wish I had checked reviews before I went to this place because I would have saved myself a headache, a near death experience and all of the stress PS.... I knew of Azteca Tires because the mechanic that used to service my previous car was in the same shopping center/lot. Now that I have a new car, I don't visit the mechanic...but was really put off by the way Universal MINI was handling the fact that my low tire light was coming on. So I said "what the heck" and drove over to Azteca. When I got there, I had no idea who could help me, since they all looked exteremely busy and there is not a customer waiting area. Finally I flagged someone down and told him what the deal was; the LOW TIRE light would come on all the time. He had asked me which tire I thought it was, and I knew that the Left Front tire had been low. To make a long story short, they took out a nail. Total cost $10 cash. WOW, Universal Mini was going to charge me $165 for the dunk test plus the cost of a new tire! Azteca saved me TONS of money. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody! Be prepared to wait around (and by wait I mean stand) since this place is just a tire repair place, and the low prices mean no frills or airconditioned lounges. read more

OK this place is a life savor when you get a flat tire, AFTER A BIG ASS BOLT PIERCED YOUR TIRE IN ENCINO! OK sorry today has not been my day. OK so this place is cheap I had a used tire put in for 25 bones, after spending 90 bucks for a new tire at sears just a few weeks ago, I felt like I got a deal. They were speedy. However I wouldn't of minded waiting five or ten more minutes for them to install the tire right. When they first finished I drove a few feet (not even leaving the parking lot) and heard thumping noises coming from where the tire was just placed. I returned told them the tire was making noise and they corrected their error. With that being said the error shouldn't of happen but they were busy and they corrected the error. No one is perfect. I'd be lying if I never f&*^ed up at work for some reason so I'm not mad at them. But this has been my experience with this place and apparently my luck was in the toilet today :/. Oh and I think they do other car work but I don't know for certain. Forgot to inform place accepts credit cards. read more

I bought 2 new front tires for my prius. 10 days later, I saw a buble on the side of tire, and I drove back to the shop. The owner of the shop which was a Hispanic lady, and I showed her the damage, which was a factory damage, and she didn't want to take care of it. She only wants to take your money, but if there's a factory damage, you wont get serviced. I promised her that I wont come here anymore, and she could care less about it. Very bad customer service. She got few tire mans that act so rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to give business to her, because you guys will get end up in the same situation just like I got. read more

Worst customer service ever. I took my car in to get some tires and no one had the urgency to help like they didnt want any business. One man finally asked what tire size i needed and i told him the spec of the tires that i needed. He said "okay i will be right back". 20 mins gone past and the man still didnt return, so i walked insde the office and i see the same guy giving a hand massage to a female customer (giggling and laughing) I dont know what type of business they're running, but if he wanted to give hand jobs and not change tires, then he should have applied to a thai massage business and make a living out of that. i WAS repeated customer, but i will never return to this and the other location.
