Repeat customers, first time review. We needed a patch job for a nail in our tire and they are the closest location to us and very affordable. $20 for a straight forward patch job. We went on a Sunday morning and it was not busy. Probably took 10-15 minutes and we were back on the road in no time. The space itself is a little tight--one way in and out. Called Lopez Tires and spoke to Andrew as I needed my front TPMS sensor replaced. When I arrived, he immediately assisted with trying to get my GTR in the driveway as it had a weird angle dipping from both sides. After several attempts of trying to get the GTR in he decided to work on it on the side street as our other options weren't available at the moment. Despite the risk of all the cars coming, Andrew took his time scanning all sensors, carefully replaced the bad sensor found and took the extra time for quality work! As a woman, I have experienced many uncomfortable situations with mechanics and tire shops. I am not tire savvy or mechanically inclined and they did not make me feel stupid at all. The gentleman that helped me was very transparent with what was happening. Luckily, it was a Sunday morning and it wasn't too busy. He fixed my tire right away and I was quickly on my way. If you're a non-mechanically inclined woman needing tire repair services and you're in the general vicinity, I would highly recommend going here.
