I had new tires mounted and balanced at this shop last week. Went well but next day I noticed the center hub cap was missing. I figured it was either never put back on or was not snapped in place properly and fell out later. Not the biggest deal and I know that can happen and I can order replacement on eBay for cheap. As far as tires are concerned, terrific. Fast and good price. This shop is across the street from my job. So I decided to get my car worked on when I was working. I had a timing belt done, oil change, and had a left rear bad bearing replaced. The next day I noticed a coolent leak. That I had to fix myself in order to drive the vehicle. Then I noticed that oil level was way past the maximum line. And they had to mess with the breaks to deal with the bearing replacement. The break pedal felt strange, so checked brake fluid. There was almost no fluid in the fluid holder. And if that is not enough,one of my panels was removed to get access to timing belt was missing. Was told that there was no panel there. Which was not true. They replaced it with a junkyard panel. I had assumed that the manager was the person who had worked on my vehicle. After complaining about the issues I had, they directed me to the guy who worked on it. It turned out to be a person in training, beginner under the supervision of the main repair guy there In the shop. I couldn't believe it. read more

Depends who does the work! Manager is pretty cool. But Older man and the guy who does the alignments Have the worst customer service, No transparency with customers. They're service is up to their standards not the customers. Alignment was improperly done twice and they were still acting like MAMONCITOS instead of apologizing and explaining what went wrong. The bottom section is the second time, told them the wheel was not aligned with dashboard, they agreed but they said it's just a fraction so it's okay‍ (SMH) The third time he said he adjusted it but declined to give me the last test. He said "I can't give it to you" when legally he has too. I get it if it's an older car that's the best you can get with the given condition but newer cars should be 100% aligned if not, ex plain why it won't. Never again will I come here to this spot. My husband came to change breaks, after I got my breaks done noise was still happening and a really bad noise. They missed a nut on my left tire. I took it to a more professional mechanic and they said it looks like they didn't even change anything from my breaks it looks like they put used one. It's tough being a woman and going to these used tire/used car/body shop places sometimes​ because you just don't want to be taken advantage of. I decided to go to Tires by EZ last month because I needed a used tire to replace the left front end one on my 2014 Chevy Cruze. The man changing the tires told me I should change all of them (which I hate when they do this mind you), and I told him changing the front two would be fine. He was quick and I did appreciate that. Now ever since I've had these tires for some reason air doesn't want to stay in them. Every other week I've had to put air in them. I had already planned to call them and tell them what was going on and then I woke up this morning (its memorial weekend and the one day I want to be out and about) with the left tire that I originally went to get change had a flat. No nail, tear, nothing just flat! Ha!! And he was trying to duke me into getting them all changed. Ugh, this was exactly what I DIDN'T need today. I called them and was told there's nothing they could to do because there's no guarantee the tires would be good. I'm not surprised by this answer, ​to be honest. You know because it's not like the manager (he claimed to be the manager when I asked) was so busy changing tires and couldn't take care of a customer he sold bad tires to you. Big whoop. It's fine, ladies don't waste your time, and dads don't send your daughters to this place for a used​ tire. No place without ethics or morals should be worth your dollar. Bless read more

I was coming home from a trip to Frazier Park. It was a weekend, and I noticed my left rear tires pressure dropped out of nowhere. Weird since my dash kept telling me it was the tire across FROM it that had the problem, but it was wrong. As I got off the exit I pulled over to attempt to pump air into it just to keep some pressure so it wouldn't damage my rim when I Googled this place and it read it could still be open. I quickly called and let them know my situation, knowing most places close by 5pm. A man answered and when I asked if they were open he told me they'd actually just closed but to drive as carefully as I could and just come on in. When I got there they were still working on one person before me but once they were finished they immediately got to work on my car. I was surprised very surprised. No one would normally reopen or hold off on fully closing for someone who was still 15mins away but this business did and I am very grateful they did. I opted for a used tire but the quality was waaayy better than I'd expected. I thanked the guys so much and a guy with a cap who'd been the one to change my tire also went ahead and checked all my other tires pressure and leveled them all out equally. I was so grateful. The last facility I'd gone to had started charging for basic things like rotating wheels, adding air, extra air valve covers and even increased patch-ups (which isn't too much of a surprise considering inflation nowadays but still a little frustrating He was a real gentleman and said, "There you go miss, you're all set to go". I couldn't have been more grateful. I had class the next morning so my car was an essential at 6:30am. If the staff is reading this, again, thank you so much for waiting on me a few minutes, you guys were truly reliable and friendly, and honestly you guys saved the day for me. Oh no I do not recommend this spot. They charged me $15 to change my tire. All I wanted them to do was take off the flat put on my spare then when finished went to go and check for my original flat tire in the trunk where it should be stored and is not there. So I go back and ask for my tire they said it should be in the trunk. Of course it's not I just looked. Then when they brought it back to me I asked what was wrong with it. There was just a little keychain stuck in side he pulled it out the tires easily fixable they were going to keep my tire and charge $15 for me.
