First my coffee tasted like burnt coffee and which I got a cookie dough flavor and when I asked the server if there was cookie dough she said yes and that she could not add more or change it after I said I did not like it. Horrible customer experience. Then the food was the next part, my Montecristo sandwich was pure mustard! The food was not desirable and by the time we got it our hunger was gone. We waited more than 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and a soup. While other people got there's faster. We did have to go up to the front and ask for a refund because we did not even want to eat at that point. During busy hours not a good idea.

Tal (likely spelling her name wrong, so sorry!) was a sweetheart during the tour! I learned about the coffee making process, how much effort it takes to be an organic farm and to truly appreciate that cup of espresso. I'm unsure about other farms but all the coffee beans here are harvested by hand! After we did a very brief walk to the coffee plants, we went to try some freshly brewed coffee. Roasted the regular and natural way, with delicious chocolate and banana biscotti treats as well. We also loved all the fruit trees we saw, even star apples! Israel was kind enough to let us pick the fruit we wanted!

The Strawberry Shortcake Frozen Coffee was really good, although it tasted more like a milkshake than a coffee. The lox in a bagel was really good. It was on everything bagel. I do wish there was a little more red onions and capers in it. I would have given this place 5 stars except the Rio Açaí bowl was okay. I do wish it had more granola. There was barely any granola or even blueberries on there. Half the bowl was full of sliced bananas (see picture). Service was good and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.
