We were so incredibly happy to have this team of photographers travel to a ghost town in Montana with us to take the most memorable photos of our family as engagement and family pictures. She came recommended by the venue - honestly, wedding planning was so last minute and happened so fast that my mom called and signed the contract before I even met Pepper. It came across from the very first phone call how passionate she is about what she does. Our wedding was last minute and during Covid (a replacement for the original wedding we had planned!), so we didn't have a wedding planner - Pepper based on her experienced offered some great ideas and perspective for the day (ideas for the ceremony, the flow, etc.). She took us on a little hike into the trees and tall grass and it was so worth it - our photos turned out amazing. Now I give the beginning half of the experience 5 stars! Why I give this 3 stars is what followed the session. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks to receive my photos after payment. I only paid for the digital gallery as I did not see a reason for any physical items just yet. After I paid, I received the full gallery of my "soft edited" photos. I did receive a select gallery of "edited" by email however, was told I would get this in an photo gallery app as well. I was told I would receive EVERYTHING within the two weeks. I had to follow up a few times at first to get the galleries emailed to me. And once I did, I figured I would get the rest as time passed by. Now it is December, and I sent a follow up email on 10/24, and got a reply on 11/1 saying this will get done. As of today what I still haven't received yet are gifs from the shoot, photo gallery app, and access to the VIP Facebook group so that I can schedule my free mini session (that was included with the digital gallery package I purchased). While my experience with Shanna and the shoot was great. I see there are opportunities in the timeline promised, and the follow through of items that were discussed during the session.
