I was in a situation where I wanted to buy something and every time I thought I found something I would get outbid or I wouldn't get calls back from the listing agents. I was at wits end. Then I called on a place and was so beaten down and actually got an answer -- Peter Nelson in an upbeat positive helpful tone saying " hello what can I do for you". I was stunned. I explained the situation and he was on top of it. he said " I GET IT". and BOOM. I had an offer on the place that I was hoping for and was outbid. Peter said its ok another will come up and within days there was another one and then BOOM -- the one that I really had dreamed of came back on the market and he made sure that I got it. I was over the moon. Not only did I buy property but I bought my ultimate little dream with a screenporch directly on the marsh with an unobstructed view. I did all of this virtually. Every bit of it. Peter was on top of it. He paid attention to every detail and not only walked me through every step of the purchase process through closing but even after closing to making sure I had a new secure doorknob and lock and prepared right into my first hurricane. There really are not enough adjectives that have the caliber to describe Peter. He treats you first rate and rolls out the carpet regardless of your price point. I didn't buy a million dollar home but maybe one day I will. Most importantly he made it possible for me to be in my version of my priceless paradise and I am so happy. I sit on my screen porch and listen to the sounds of the marsh and the fresh breezes and watch the sunrise and sunset with a smile regardless of what is going on in the outside world.
