Each of the welcoming staff ushered guests to the correct building where the ceremony was held. Prior to entering the ceremony hall we had to pass through security metal detector and bag check . liquids are not permitted inside , they have a cafe to purchase drinks and snacks .

Attended a football game at the Citrus College football stadium…read more The game was between the Azusa Pacific University Cougars and the Whittier College Poets. The game was exciting and fun. It was APU's homecoming, and the stadium was PACKED!! Every seat in the stadium offers a GREAT, clear view of the field; all seats on the aluminum benches offer back support; and the stadium was very clean, well-maintained, and easy to access for all fans. Parking is available in a huge parking lot adjacent to the stadium. For this game, parking was also available on the APU campus, and fans were provided free shuttle service to the stadium in trolleybuses This was a fun, exciting, and memorable venue to watch my favorite sport, football.

Rude, unprofessional, laughable excuse for campus security…read more I was visiting this campus on a Sunday evening, driving into 98% empty parking lot by the gym where my son's volleyball club was practicing. I pulled up next to the kiosk to pay for parking. As it was my first time doing so, I took the time to read thru the payment app and make sure everything was correct. After I completed my payment, a security guard comes and pulls up right next to me rudely saying "I noticed you've been parked here for a minute" implying I was trying to get away without paying. As I was about to explain that it was my first time and I completed my payment, he interrupted me saying "hold on let me finish." He goes on with whatever he has to say, obviously needing to flex his "status." I merely held up my phone to show him "payment complete" and he still goes on about not backing into spaces and what not. Whatever dude. I hope you find meaning in life.

My wife went to attend a night class and parked in an student open-parking lot where she has already bought a semester parking permit. Yet she was given a parking violation ticket - for what? Could you believe in this day and age just for parking head-out in the marked parking spot because there was so few cars in the lot that she had the courtesy to pull ahead to park at the next row? Isn't parking with your head out safer than with the car's butt out (when you need to reverse your car to get out with limited vision and a lot of blind spots if not careful)? OK, so we appeal and disputed the ticket online. It was refused! But was given a second in-person appeal by calling in for info. My wife called and was told that the officer handling the appeal would come only once a month, BUT wife was given a date which was one day late! Deliberately or not you can only guess! We arrived at campus security den to find out that the personal appeal session was just yesterday! They overwhelmingly denied that they had given a wrong date over the phone! Unflinching liars who even mocked us by saying that we were too loud in our frustration! Heck! Did they expect thank you's and flowers for their "great job?" I would be OK if given a ticket for any head out or back-in parking that would cause imminent danger to anyone or any building structure (in some places the posted highly visible signs to that effect warning against head-out/back-in parking as it would hit an air vent, lamp post, railing or something). But parking in an open-air wide space parking lot that is sparsely populated at night without any clear visible signs about this antiquated rule? Tell me one thing Campus Security, why do you even have such a rule in the first place??? Citrus College's campus security is not better than a bunch of overzealous cops-wanna-be practicing law in the dark ages without reason but on per se basis only! Blah! Visitors and students beware! AVOID!

Hi my name is Lindsey. I came across UEI in 2023 and if I'm being honest I don't remember how I…read moreheard of them but I knew they had the medical assistant program and I was interested. After visiting on campus for tour/ rotation day, talked to staff and was assisted on the process of joining the program and the options of loans and the school schedule. I was able to work my full time job during the week (my only income) while also completing online classes and tests. On weekends I'd go back on campus for in person training and learning. It was the most convenient and absolutely accommodating help I could've ever asked for! Once I finished my hours I was helped with getting my first job as a MA and got all the experience I needed. I am currently undergoing my second job at an urgent care all thanks to the help of career service director Bana Keflom. After looking for my permanent office job I was feeling discouraged till until she came along to encourage and assist me on my journey. Although there are other steps to go further into the medical field, I am truly happy I completed the program at UEI and that everything went accordingly from online classes to on campus hours and internship completion. I am extremely grateful to have Bana help me through my journey and be just as thrilled for me as any of my family and friends. This UEI has been nothing but good to me and I'd definitely recommend it to any first timers looking for their field of interested like myself.

I came in with 0 knowledge on how to use tools or troubleshoot HVAC units. I got to work with 2 great instructors which were Mr. Jorge R. And Mr.Gonzalez , both great instructors with many years of experience in their respective fields. The classes were very fast usually lasting 7-8 hours on Saturdays and I believe 4 hours if you decide to take the weekday schedules. The office staff people are great as well and will help you with any questions or problems you encounter on your journey. Big shoutout to Cindy, Mr. G, and Jorge R. I appreciate all the help, knowledge, and motivation you guys have given me on my journey to becoming an HVAC technician.
