The cashier made a offensive joke about how she and the costumer were fat and laughed about it and by the look on the customers face you could tell it hurt her feelings and it also made me very uncomfortable. The customer told her that it wasn't funny and kind if awkwardly said that she was buying the skirt for her sister but it shouldn't matter any way it was very inappropriate and unprofessional. You would think they should know not to say stuff like that in a pulse size store or anywhere it makes the company and herself look bad.

The selection was limited, but I was able to find a couple cute things. The try on rooms are nice with a little bench. The clerk put my name on the door. The clerks are friendly and helpful. The checkout clerk offered to check other stores for a shirt I wanted in a smaller size. I bought a couple things. I think if you join their rewards program, you get extra benefits, but I didn't want anymore stuff in my email. It's hard to get nearby parking unless you get there early.

Seriously, I think women's clothing stores come up with all these different categories and sizes just so that women can escape for some alone time without their spouses! ;) Anyway, my wife was able to pick up what sizes translate to her and found several items. I bought a nice long-sleeve shirt at Eddie Bauer for $10 and two pair of shoes at Columbia for $30 total. The staff at both stores were friendly and helpful.
