It turned out that they were the wrong size. My wife contacted Levi's to see if we could exchange these for a different size. Customer service told my wife that through the website you can only do, and for an exchange we would have to drive to a Levi's Outlet Store. There are only two of these in our state, so we made plans to drive an hour to Edinburg one weekend. When we got to the Levi's Outlet Store in Edinburg, we were told that they could not simply give me a different size, as the prices were different. They told me I would have to pay extra because when we bought the jeans they were on sale... I don't know of any other store where you can buy a product on sale, have it be the wrong size, and then the store charges you extra for an exchange a because it's not on sale anymore. So I don't know if Levis customer service gave us the wrong information, or if this Edinburg Levi's Outlet just has policies that go against common sense, but either way our day was ruined, and we ended up just returning the jeans. I hope my wife was just being silly, but she said this makes her want to get rid of all of her Levis, and switch to a different brand. Afterthought: by the logic of this outlet store, I could make a profit by purchasing a pair of jeans at normal price on the website, waiting for a sale at the outlet store, and then "exchanging" them for profit. It's a really nonsensical policy.

The store is sparsely stocked with last seasons styles but many classics and interesting fabrics. They carry men and women's clothing including petite and regular sizes. They also carry a limited selection of accessories. For the best deals, we head back to the clearance racks in the back. My daughter found a number of shirts for work. The quality of the clothes is higher that other stores in the mall. There are many fitting rooms and a helpful clerk to open the door for you and restock your rejections. For Black Friday sales everything was 60 percent off marked prices. If you sign up for their emails, you receive extra percent off certain sales. Today was extra 15 percent off.

I've been getting emails all week about special blowout clearance pricing. Nearly all of the clearance items are only 20% off. That's not a deal. The regular stores have better discounts than that. This outlet is in the middle of nowhere. You should make it worth my time to travel here. The selection isn't that great either. And I know the salesman is just doing his job but he's a little too eager to help. I don't need to be watched every second so that I can be offered suggestions. I've shopped before. David was so helpful! He helped me pick out a few things for him. His definitely knows just stuff since he's been there for almost 20 years! Well I had to go back today because my dumb self accidentally grabbed the wrong size for a few things. Of course when I get to the register, I can't find my receipt, physical or in my emails. Shana (spelling? Im sorry), literally went through all the merchant copy of the receipts and found ours for us! Not only that but when we went to buy more stuff she gave us a discount.
