The store was not crowded and the fall merchandise was featured in the front of the store. They had several sales in place and the summer clearance rack was an additional 50% off. The selection was limited, but I was able to find a couple cute things. The try on rooms are nice with a little bench. The clerk put my name on the door. The clerks are friendly and helpful. The checkout clerk offered to check other stores for a shirt I wanted in a smaller size. I bought a couple things. I think if you join their rewards program, you get extra benefits, but I didn't want anymore stuff in my email. It's hard to get nearby parking unless you get there early.

The shop is on the west end of the main outlet complex (on the right side of the street). Inside, the shop looks much like the other Chico's I've been in. The clothes seem targeted towards more upscale/professional wear and for women who have careers, not teens. They do have their own sizing which is just another challenge to guys who like buying clothes as gifts for their wives/partners. Seriously, I think women's clothing stores come up with all these different categories and sizes just so that women can escape for some alone time without their spouses! ;) Anyway, my wife was able to pick up what sizes translate to her and found several items. She also likes that they have a nice accessory area to help complete the look. A decent store for women. From what I can tell, each shop gets mostly different items based upon their sales hierarchy. They carry baby through adult men and women clothes. But to be honest, I've never found anything worth purchasing. So what do they carry. Mostly casual clothes and pajamas. Some might find business wear here. Parking is easy except for a busy weekend. The clerks mostly stay up at the check out counter so if you want something you have to wait in line.

The music was played loud and had upbeat tunes on it. The staff was friendly and helpful as needed, and they seemed to take care of all the shoppers needs in a timely manner. Great place for a young woman to buy some clothes, look casual and hip, but not look like a teenager. With the sales going on and several clearance racks your pocket book won't be hit too hard for an entire new outfit. This is not a huge mall store, but they carry a decent variety of styles and sizes to fit most women.

This particular location, however, is significantly smaller than any other Maurice's store I've visited in the last 20 years, and the assistant manager that I dealt with while there recently was exceedingly condescending. The store was dead/empty in the middle of a weekday, but it was a horrible inconvenience to her to process a return for me, and then she did it incorrectly, claimed I was wrong when I questioned it, and when she finally admitted she was wrong and corrected her error, it was with a major attitude. I kept quiet the whole time to avoid irritating her further. Definitely take the time to drive to a classier town if at all possible - any other location would have a better selection anyway!

A clerk was stocking adjacent shelves and I asked it they might have my size in the back. She cheerfully said, "I'll check". She returned with several options. I selected one and wanted more of the same so she went back a second time to retrieve more and came back with a smile and the items. I always get great customer service here. Prices are ok. I try to shop the holiday sales. I'll keep coming back.

Purchase 1 $80.00 flag as a Christmas gift while checking out she said my card did not go through…read more So she ran my card again. When I got my statement it showed I was charged 2 flags. I called and called with no resolution I contacted my card provider. The second purchase was removed from my card while they did an investigation. Cummins store lied said I purchased 2 and my credit was removed so the I paid for one and was charged 2. This is what Cummins did to a disabled veteran Christmas time. Won't buy there again. Shame on Cummins!

The store is, I believe, LICENSED by Cummins, so that the logo items are 'correct.' They also carry books (History of Cummins) and other items too numerous to mention. I saw someone on the street wearing a Cummins tee and said "Where did you get it." And off I went. Understatement could also describe the store: they don't blare CUMMINS out at you.
