Her general contractor is the bottom of the barrel and not environmentally conscientious . Not only is his work sub standard, when he "preps the property", he mutaltes the land. His land clearing techniques are brutal, scaring trees as he bulldozes debris(railroad ties, scrap building material, etc.) into the " unused" areas of the property leaving eyesores to all the adjacent neighbors and not the finished product you would want to raise a family on. The houses are low quality. Cheap materials and poor craftmanship all through inside and out. You'd have to pay me to buy one of these homes...buyers beware! And for the record, other homes are being constructed as well by other builders that are totally conscientious of the HOA standards and rules, building quality, affordable homes !
