My wife and I began looking for our first house in February 2019. We found one and instantly connected to the land. Nick was the realtor that contacted us and we set up a showing. We were super late, which Nick was very gracious about. He coordinated the owners to show us around and spent a good 15-20 minutes covering property details and then had to run. We went through the ringer with Nick by our side and on our side. In my experience one of the larger challenges in the real estate business is dealing with undeveloped land.
