We used B.A.M.M. Movers 3/16/2025. It didn't start out good as they were late arriving by a good hour, but had time to stop at Taco Bell first. They did not know how to pack a truck I have several pieces of heirloom furniture that was scratched on the top and edges. They did not appear to be qualified to move things. Never used straps of any kind. I've moved many times in my life and never had so much damage and the lead guy kept saying it's fine, its good, we got it! Then to top it off, as I am unpacking a box and open one of the drawers I find half of one of my ball feet of my late husband bureau! I am not happy. I don't even think they rate a star!! I usually like to give everyone a fair chance, but these guys more training! We used a different company the day before they were quick, efficient and professional. No damages. I booked these movers on July 2, 2022 and they DID NOT SHOW UP!!! No response from them and the phone number goes to a guy named Mike who never called me back. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. Unprofessional group. Caused a lot of damage. My mattress was ripped almost in half. It's a heirloom hand made; $4000 mattress. They cause a huge hole in my wall. When I expressed my unhappiness to the owner. The only response I've received is "the mattress was damaged already" and they are trying to contact me to pay for the damages to the walk. But no attempts, no text, no email, nothing. Unscrupulous individuals who employ characters with no integrity or work ethic Choose another company. Hire someone off the street. This outfit is not worthy of employment and need to be shut down. My initial attempts to settle were directly, now I've moved to MovingHelp which whom I booked then through. RUN! If you like your possessions broken, stolen and damaged - then this is the place for you. BAMM left giant ruts in my yard, broke an antique table, made 24 foot scratches in my new floor, and I had several items missing after the move. I even felt the need to file a police report as they refused to honor, these damages. They did not bring their own truck but rented from U-Haul. That should've been my first clue. They quoted one price, and then tried to add on several hundred dollars at the end..And they didn't even finish the job. I had to hire another company to come in the next day to move an additional truck that BAMM left incomplete. I don't normally write reviews, but felt obligated to warn others. By far the WORST most unprofessional movers I have ever dealt with with in my life! To start I had scheduled BAMM to come out between 12:30-1. I waited and waited but finally received a call telling me they were running a little late. Called another 2 times but did not get a response until about 2 1/2 hours later, by the time they finally got to me they were 3 hours late. Upon arrival, the movers seemed very angry to have to move me which is there job. They were so lazy and unmotivated they asked my friend and I to "help" them move some of the furniture. I was fine helping with a couple things but it ended up being my friend and I doing over half the work. This was especially irritating because one of the movers stopped and went out to his truck to take a nap. On another note, the truck was very poorly packed, these guys most definitely had no moving experience. Upon arrival at our destination, the movers did not want to walk up the stairs so they just started handing boxes and furniture items to my friend to move while they took a smoke break. This was very disappointing, considering I had just spent hundreds of dollars and my friend and I were practically doing their job for them. On top of that, I had a safe that needed moved, which my friend had to help carry down because none of the other movers would help. Aside from the very poor job, these movers were equally unprofessional. The movers revved up there pick up truck in hopes of hitting on under age girls. This didn't sit well with me because most of them were in there mid thirties. Finally to put the cherry on top, the movers left the drop of destination about 15 minutes prior to me, and were supposed to meet me back with the U-Haul in Dayton which was about an hour away. I arrived back in Dayton somehow 45 minutes before them. My question is how did an hour drive take an hour and 45 minutes. Their response was comical. They claimed that someone had tried racing them in the U-Haul and kept blinding them with there headlights. This was a blatant lie and honestly one of the most crooked things you could do to make a job run later just to get more money. It doesn't help there case that I also happened to find a cold half drank Mountain Dew in my driveway. STAY AWAY from BAMM moving unless you like wasting money and being taken advantage of! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Reserved 4 helpers for 2 hours. Owner confirmed the reservation. Only 2 helpers showed up. Owner said he'd refund half my money, but hasn't. Owner is rude. In our last conversation, he called the situation "retarded" and proceeded to curse at me with the "F" word. He complained about a review I left on movinghelp.com, then later said the review doesn't matter because I am just 1 out of 100. So why complain about it then? He said he was going to send my refund two days after the work was completed. He didn't. I contacted him two weeks later and asked about it. He texted me (couldn't even bother to pick up the phone and call) to say that he was going out of town for the weekend and would check on it on Tuesday and get back to me. He didn't. I had to contact him again to find out what happened. Still, to the date of this review, I have not received any refund. He claims is because I can't find it in my mail, as if I am too stupid to know what is in my mail -- and I have USPS Informed Delivery. I informed the Owner that I would be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. He said he didn't care about the Better Business Bureau. *Note: that is an owner of a company saying they didn't care about the agency that works to protect consumers and resolve disputes.* The 2 helpers that did show up, were late (something the Owner tried to say is just normal). And for much of the time the helpers were there, they were saying things like, we are moving stuff we were told not to move. No one told them not to move the things they were moving. It was annoying and frustrating. Bottom line is, there are way too many other moving help companies out there to have to deal with the headaches of this company. read more
