My husband and I were stranded when our truck needed a fuel pump, in Perry, 6 hours from home. We couldn't leave until it was fixed, as we were in a trailer, with no vehicle to pull it. We originally had it towed to a Ford Dealership, which after a few days, was clear they would not get to it quickly. We called B&B, who towed it the same day, from Ford, ordered the part, and fixed it when it came in. The owner drove 1/2 way to Tallahassee, to pick up the part, from one of the employees of that Ford Dealership, which had just been closed due to a tornado. He really went out of his way to help us! We were driving home to Arizona while towing our travel trailer when we noticed a strong diesel smell coming from the engine. After arriving at the KOA, I opened the hood and fuel was spraying over the engine. We contacted B and B Auto Repair and spoke with Billy. He advised us not to drive the truck. He arrived with a tow truck the next morning. I was worried that the repair might be thousands of dollars but after checking out the problem he said it was a simple fix. We were in Florida on vacation and our car left us stranded on side the road. We made it into Perry, Fl and was recommended to this place by the local O Reilly's, they had the part in as soon as they could and completely took care of us And replaced our radiator. as we were pulling out they stopped us because they noticed another little leak, turned out to be the water pump, they changed it in less than an hour and had us back on the road.
