My truck broke down just north of Perry this past Sunday after Thanksgiving (3 hours from home). The tow truck driver took it to Campbell's and left my keys and information in a safe place. When I called at opening the next day they were already working on it. The job was completed and I was on the road by 1:30! I highly recommend Campbell's! was headed home by 1:30. My experience was not good. The repair did not last 24 hours. The diagnosis was obviously incorrect. The approach seemed to be replace parts till its fixed. There was no sense of urgency to make it right, leaving me without transportation for several days. If it would let me, I would give zero stars. read more

This last person to rate this shop is insane :P I had my car at 3 different mechanics locally last year. Each time it left their shops it had another problem. I was new to the area and had to ask around about whom is a good honest mechanic in the area, because the last person to work on it blew the engine. I was told overwhelmingly by about a dozen or so people JASON CAMPBELL was not only the best around but a really honest and fair person. After visiting him at his shop he exceeded his fellow Perry residents recommendations. I have another vehicle he not only took time out of his day to look at (which I would of thought expensive loss of income due o his shop being over flowed with a couple dozen car repairs) but he repaired the minor issue right then and there for FREE!!! As far as my blown engine was concerned I was on a very tight budget because I was opening a new 5000 sq foot Computer Repair and Website design shop down town and it was costing an arm and a leg to get setup to my standards. So I had to shop around online aggressively for the best price on an engine. After coming back with a price to Jason Campbell he asked me to wait to see what he could find through his distributors so I did. The very next week Jason Campbell found me a great deal for almost half of what I could find anywhere else and had the warranty and everything. Because I bought it through his distributor he warranties the labor too! Then the labor cost that everyone else was quoting me locally he said h could do for almost half of what all the other guys were telling me to help me out. All was great except I was needing to prioritize my finances to my shop first then the car because I only lived 4 blocks from work I could ride a bike to and from while getting set up. Well on thing after another it took a year before I had the ability to put the money into the car. The entire time it sat at Jason Campbell's with zero complaints, hassles, or cost to me. He was very understanding and patient. When I returned a year later he rechecked all the pricing and actually got an engine for a bit less than what was originally quoted. I immediately bought the engine within 3 days it was complete and running like new. I not only had a great experience with this shop I consider Jason Campbell as a great person and a new friend after all the hours unpaid he spent helping me out! As far as the other negative post I think it a matter of what every really happened. I explained all my dealings with Jason Campbell in detail for a reason I too am in the service industry and " you cant make everyone happy all the time" Thank you Jason Campbell !!!! read more
