He diagnosed the issue quickly, clean out needed to be made accessible so he could clear the clog, he installed a new cleanout no issue. He explained all the issues in depth to me. He attempted to clear the clog twice, first time was successful, second time knocked a block a gunk loose that prevented the pipes from draining for a day. Didnt charge me for the second attempt, turns out it needed to be jetted, put me in contact with some nice folks who could have it jetted and they charged me low. They did that, and he gave me a camera inspection for free afterwards. Good guy. Only small tiny gripe is that in terms of arrival times he can be a bit flaky sometimes heh. But I'm satisfied with the work he did. And he did a good job. So i'm happy to give him this 5 star review. Dude could have charged me for the camera inspection and chose not to.
