I called for a weed and clover issue in parts of my yard. This treatment was on 9/4/2025. I called back on 9/16 about killing my grass and never heard a response. I called again on 9/19 and supposedly talked to a regional manager who said the earliest he could come by was mid morning on 9/22. I waited till 1:00 and never heard from him. I guess he did stop by later that day, but I wasn't there due to another appt Never heard back from him on what he found about the issue. I spoke to 3 people in the office and sent pictures to them on the way my lawn looked and they said they would forward the pictures and someone would be in contact. Unfortunately the owners had shut down for a bit when I first called, due to a situation in the family. It took a couple of weeks for them to come back and reopen. Once they did I was able to contact them and arrange for them to pick the screen to repair the Sun damage screen. It took about a week. There was a mistake on the part of the Office Manager, as things had not got back to normal in the office yet and she was back up to speed. But hey. What do you expect. Coming back from any long break of work is hard and slow. It understandable. When I called her to see when they would expect to pick up the screen she apologized immediately. Explained what happened and said if the owner could not get it that day, she would. Of course it did help the my place was literally just about 3-4 blocks down from there their new location in Davenport. She got the screen and had it in for repair that day. It was back in two days. Instead of the week, if I had taken it to the hardware store to get fixed, plus the travel time back and forth. So, far I have saved on this screen ruffly $25 on having someone replacing the screen professionally for me. And $75 on 3 windows of all the windows they have replaced in our house. I highly recommend them for your next window replacement purchase. The lifetime screen replacement warranty if still offered is worth its weight in gold!

Only complaint was I found a couple of the sheet metal cut outs on the basement floor. Brady was mid price of everyone I compared. Picture shows the top layer of debris removed. House is 55 years old, never had ducts cleaned. Would highly recommend.
