I called and spoke to Denise several weeks ago about an issue I'm having with a few of my laminate floor planks coming up in my dining room area. (installed by previous owner) and was wondering if it was repairable since I have a few spare boxes of the planks in my garage. She asked me to send her some pictures and would show them to her dad (the owner) and go from there. Within a few days she sent one of her installers to my condo to look at the area. He seemed confident he could take care of the issue and someone would reach out to me with an estimate shortly. After waiting a few days and hearing nothing, i contacted Denise and she told me the installer would send an estimate. I then reached out directly to him and never heard back. I contacted Denise 2 more times with no response at all after leaving both a voicemail and text message. Whatever their reason is for not taking the job, that is irrelevant. However, it is common courtesy and a good business practice to advise the customer that you cannot do the job and not string them along leaving them hanging for nothing. That is just simply rude and not appreciated. Based on my limited experience with this company, I would not recommend them due to their lack of follow up and poor customer service handling a potential customer. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 only because Denise did send someone to look at my floors in a timely manner. read more

What a great experience working with B&B Flooring. Jose worked with me to figure out what flooring I wanted, and believe me it took a long time to finally decide (matching a tile to new flooring). The crew came to install the flooring, and I didn't like it. I was so impressed with Jose, the owner, who personally came to the property to quote a floor. He was the most honest company I have ran across in our desert. The reason for this is that there was an area of the floors that he did not specialize in and felt that another company would be able to assist us with the problem. I can't tell you how many vendors I have met, that say they can do the work, turns out they can't, then we are left with a big mess. I am so thankful for Jose for his honesty his morals his integrity and his ability to do a great job.
