All around a fairly good experience. Reached out on yelp for a quote. Sent a few pics and got a fair quote back. They came out a week later (would have been earlier but the rain stopped them) and knocked out the floor in two days. The finished product looks great. Really finishes the garage off. During the drying process some rocks blew in with the wind, the came out promptly to fix these and touch up and little areas after removing the rocks. All in all I dealt with 4 of the installers and every one of them was good. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend this place to get your floor done. read more

Great experience getting our 2 car garage floor redone with these guys. I never even met them, I did everything over text + opening the garage remotely. It was a 3 day job, with approx 3 hours of work each day (day 1 grinding off the old surface, day 2 epoxy, day 3 clear coat). On day 4 we could walk on it no problem and put everything back. The two workers who came out to do the work were two of Mike's sons. Wednesday they grounded and primed. Thursday they reprimed the floor and broadcast the chips. Today Friday they put the final coat on. And now the floor sets to cure. The other great thing Mike did is he gave me a price quote over Yelp. Had the Epoxy garage guys come out and epoxy a brand new garage floor approximately 6 years ago. The job was nothing but rushed and sloppy. There was epoxy on the door trim and dry wall. The tape they had masked, pulled off paint from the base of the wall and parts of the epoxy came up after 24 hours. I got the run around from Mike and finally left a review on yelp and Mike finally responded, concerned that this review would ruin their "family business". After hearing his heartfelt story I removed the review and he promised he would be out the next day himself to make things right. Well, the next day he didn't show up and the family member who did thought it was okay to touch up using a can of polyurethane which obviously failed after a year. The floor has now peeled in numerous areas and the epoxy is cracked and chipped in numerous places and has to be completely redone. Mike claimed it was due to water and a poor slope but there is a drain right in front of the chipped area, and he wanted more money to repair it for "gas money." Beware and read the fine print of their warranty. Regardless, they should have taken care of their customers and stood behind their work, especially in this situation where the job was poorly executed the first time around. Their work may look good for a year but won't last, take your business elsewhere. Nothing worse than a business who says their a "family business" and doesn't stand behind their work. Mike, I have sent you the same pics and reached out to you via email as well as text. I have no intention of trying to get a free ride out of this. Nor at this point would I even contemplate dealing with you again. Customers should be aware of your tactics and lack of integrity and transparency. read more

I recently had my garage floor done. I reached out via Yelp and received a response within a timely manner. Jen and Cody showed up a bit later than I was told, but Jen called to give me a heads up they were arriving later. They showed up and Jen explained the process to me, steps they would take, instructions, and answered questions I had. The job took two days to complete due to dry time overnight, but their work probably lasted about 4-5 hours total between the two days. I'm happy with the service I received based on Jen's knowledge and customer service skills. I had no issues with her or Cody. With that said, the only reason this review is getting 4 stars instead of 5, is because once the floor was dry enough for me to walk on and check out, I noticed there were areas on the top of the sidewalls in my garage that seemed a bit sloppy. They had laid down painters tape, to protect the paint on the walls and presumably make straight edges where the concrete met the drywall/paint, however, it doesn't seem the tape did it's job, and there were uneven lines, paint peeled off the wall in the garage, it appears maybe some resin was used to cover up the paint that peeled off(?) which stuck out like a sore thumb. It was noticeable because I was looking at the little details because I want my garage to be perfect. If I'm paying almost $1800 for 4 hours worth of work, I'd like there to at least be straight lines and I don't want to have to go in after and repair and repaint my garage walls. A bit disappointed at that part. But the actual garage floor itself, the customer service, those two deserve 5 stars. Just the small details that matter, that bumps it down to 4 stars. read more
