Other companies and contractors flaked or tried to provide me with general estimates via texts. Not Carlos. -His estimate was clearly outlined and there was no pressure to do things a certain way. Because I was working with a budget and fluctuating ideas on baseboard and the type of floor I would select. Carlos made it easy to view and choose because everything was listed and itemized. He also was always available to me to answer questions or clarify items for me. -He didn't flinch when I asked about a seamless install and he never made me feel bad for asking questions or referring to my budget. He was always kind, understanding, and professional. -When other factors that had nothing to do with him came up, he offered to help me with referrals to other trades like plumbers, etc. -When it came time for the install, his team was prompt, thorough, and very efficient.
