I needed a large 4'x5' pane of glass replaced in a window. I called on 11/24 to request service. I gave all my information and I even texted back and forth with a man named Brad where he gave me a rough quote. No timeframe was ever communicated. In fact, nothing was communicated whatsoever between 11/24 and 12/5 when I called back at 10:15 a.m. to figure out what was going on. I was told that no ticket had ever been made for me. The gentleman told me that he would look into it and give me a call back. Nobody ever called me back. At this point I am a little frustrated. I call back today, Monday 12/8 and I am told that I am on the list and I should hear from someone any day. All I said was that I was frustrated that communication had not been better, because the ball had already been dropped once and I was left in the dark all weekend about what my status was or if I even had a ticket now. The man said, "Okay. Well thanks for calling" and hung up on me. I called back and the phone went to voicemail twice. They did call me back. I said, I would like to cancel my service and without even asking my name, they said okay and hung up on me again. I'm pregnant and trying to move across state and doing my best to get my house ready to sell and now I'm crying over my broken window because the employees at this business wasted almost two weeks of my time and then didn't even have the decency to be professional and understanding. These guys refuse to do certain things like take a measurement to a single glass pane for inside a fishtank and blame it on insurance standards. They also have threatened to throw out things of other relatives of mine while they are waiting on custom glass to arrive to be installed, glass they refused to make because they didn't want to be responsible for fitment issues, i thought they were a glass busisness and that they were professionals. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to help with any glass project that is beyond beginner level glass cutting. Don't see them staying in business much longer if they don't change the way they do business. My tile person, Cesar Andrade, recommended this company, but I did obtain two other quotes. There was some confusion as to what constitutes frameless, but B&B worked with me. Their installers are very courteous and I am very pleased with the installation. In the process of doing another bathroom so will be contacting them for an estimate ....hopefully in another week my job will be completed and ready for a glass estimate. read more

Unlike the previous comment I believe these guys are the best. Family owned, friendly and helpful. Wont do certain things because they CANT and that's understandable. If you leave items for too long like 6 months they will throw them out but again understandable. I have known these people for years and I highly suggest them for shower enclosures, windows, doors, picture frames, mirrors and other glass needs. Highly recommend B and B Glass!! read more

This may be the least professional business I have ever dealt with. Over a week past their promised completion date, I call and am told the window is ready to pick up. I show up the next afternoon, pay, and wait in the front area (no seating of course) for about ten minutes - with no explanation of the wait. When an employee finally brings out the window - it has fresh silicone on it. They had just installed the window while I was waiting! And then give it to me wet! Not only was the glass different from what I had ordered, they wouldn't offer to make it right. All I expected was to have the correct glass installed. I never raised my voice, but was cursed at by the apparent guy in charge. Twice. It's a wonder they have been in business for any length of time. Very sour initial customer service as well. Poor craftsmanship. I will go out of my way to avoid using them in the future. read more
