Crews generally good. Priced about $10 above the competition but the crews are thorough with the edging and cleanup. The problem is the lackadaisical responses from the front office when I had a question or request. The contracted Spring Yard clean-up never happened. When Fall came, the crew was still cutting the lawn three weeks after it stopped growing. I got no response from B&B's answering machine to schedule leaf cleanup. I've moved on. read more

Don't waste your time with this company. They come out, give you an estimate, take a down payment and DISAPPEAR. B&B doesn't return calls or emails. We called early in the year hoping to have new trees put in for spring. They never showed up when promised. The receptionist gave another date and they missed that too. Then they didn't respond to any of our attempts to contact them. By the time we started looking for another service it was later in the season and everyone was booked. My last 2 experiences with B&B landscaping have been less than satisfactory. I employed them to blow out a sprinkler system and they blew my back flow preventer apart damaging 1 week old siding. When I was told this happened I was given a shoulder shrug from Brian. The hole is still in the siding. He didn't offer to repair the back flow preventer or offer any assistance even installing the part he damaged. He did give me a price to replace the whole item though. Then I contracted B&B in March 2020 to do a new paver front landing 3,500.00 they did a wonderful job but did not do the last step of sealing the pavers. I was told it was too cold. I contacted them in the spring and was told it's too hot. They have not returned a single phone call to me in almost 2 years. I saw them down the street 2 weeks ago and Brian's son actually knew about my steps not being completed before I finished the story. I was told Brian would call me immediately. He still hasn't. This has been 2 1/2 years. They will be more than happy to take your money but they do not stand behind their work. I will not use them again. read more

We recommend B & B for all of your lawn needs! We needed large oaks taken down and the stumps ground out and Brian came out right away and gave us an estimate, which was more than reasonable for such a huge job. His son, Joe heads up the tree division and he and his crew were prompt, knowledgable and extremely efficient. No one could even tell that we had had any work done, they cleaned up everything! Even with the bucket truck on our lawn, not a mark to be seen. If we could give more stars we would! read more

Called to get an estimate for Fall clean up service. Person came to look at my property on a Friday and was promised an estimate by following Tuesday. Never got it. So I called, no answer, but left a message asking for the estimate. No return call; no estimate; no business for them. They came highly recommended by my realtor but I suggest you avoid them - waste of time. Perhaps I shouldn't have been honest and said I was just looking for a contract thru the Fall as I have my house on the market but I will never understand why someone will make a commitment to do something and then not follow through.
