The prices are pretty up there for a race that lasts 6 minutes, but people average between 12 and 16 laps in one race due to the speed of the carts. They also have Ax Throwing as well, and even a little bar area but the bar and eating area was closed. This building seems it's lacking something, but I can't put my finger on it. It seems rather spacious and I feel would do well with some brighter lighting or color. It's rather dull inside, but I can see it's potential. I hope they spruce it up over time. The girl up front seemed really nice and was able to answer any questions we had. She went over all the rules and stipulations and was very knowledgeable.

We bought a couple of races and they worked us in between groups. It was awesome because our group of 4 was able to race just us. The carts are fast enough for a good time, just don't expect some type of extra fast experience. I think they go a little to in on the F1 stuff. The "F1 style wheel" is nothing like an F1 wheel there are no gears or shifting". These are just faster go-carts than what you would find at the other tourist traps on the beach. Go hear if the goal is to have just a carting experience. It will be worth your time and money.

Helpful and communicative team from start to finish - we knew exactly where to go on the beach the night of our bonfire and everything was setup and ready for us. They've been adding tons of new classes to the schedule since the owner Shanaine took over (Summer 2024). Highly recommend. My personal fitness philosophy is to find a physical activity that is intrinsically fun & it will never feel like work or a chore. We are so lucky to have a pole studio here in Panama City. I always have a blast at Steel Roots, it truly is my play time, & I have been able to get incredibly fit in the meantime. I lost 20 lbs last year when I was able to consistently show up for pole. It's such a good workout, & so much fun, you don't even realize how good of a workout you are getting!
