Of course, being delivery, the soy sauce and ketchup (for the kids meal) we ordered was missing. And the drinks we paid for were also missing. Called the store and they said they couldn't do anything because it was a Toast issue. Of course getting ahold of Toast was impossible. So I guess we just eat $6 for two drinks. When we initially called about the missing items, the first thing they tell us upon answering is a place answers is they don't have any more sushi. Makes me wish I had called in the order in the first place in order to pick it up myself, because after that would've gone elsewhere. And then it took nearly 10 minutes and speaking to multiple people to convince them I had actually ordered and paid for drinks. Offered to send them the email copy of my receipt, or text the picture of the receipt printed on the bag, both of which confirmed all of the missing items.
