Our total cost was around $275, a reduced military rate I believe (with 25% down to get on his schedule). This person misrepresents herself as a photographer! Owning a camera does not make you a…read morePhotographer! I hired her for a family session on 8/1, I had still not received any pictures to view four weeks later! I contacted her and ask her when I would be seeing my pictures, she had several excuses and then sent them that evening. To say they were horrible is an understatement! We do photo shoots often, two or three a year and I have never been disappointed! She knows nothing about using the camera other than just a point and shoot! She didn't guide us in any posing or let us know that we need to correct things about our posing. In most of our pictures eyes were closed. Heads were tilted in the wrong direction. Hands and legs were not properly placed. When I addressed this with her, she told me that she is not responsible for those things! As a photographer, you absolutely are responsible for guiding your subject! We don't know what we look like, there's six of us. We need guidance. Her portfolio is either someone else's work or heavily edited! Her pictures on her Facebook are more of an accurate representation of her level, which looks like a person took pictures with their phone! Proceed with caution if you are hiring this person, she is not a photographer! So devastated! This was a destination photo shoot for my daughter's 21st birthday and the pictures are horrible! I consulted a professional editor today, asking if I could send them some pictures to see if they could be salvaged! This is going to cost me money, more money! But I really would like to have some decent pictures. Look elsewhere, there are many photographers in the area.
