After injuring both my ankle and shoulder in July 2025, I started PT here following 10 weeks in a cast and boot. My surgeon initially recommended shoulder surgery, but we tried physical therapy first due to my desire to self heal. I've since had shoulder surgery and will be happily starting back at PT again next week. From day one, the experience has been outstanding. I'm always greeted by name, get text appt reminders, and calls when last-minute appointments open up. The entire staff is professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with, their culture truly stands out. While everyone is excellent, my shoulder prefers Tommy and Eliza :) My daughter also came here after injuring her neck and shoulder as a softball pitcher, and thanks to Blake (and many others), she was back to normal and excited to return to playing ball. I went back to b&b physical therapy after 5 years recommend by my doctor, and I had a completely different experience. Blake helped me with my old injuries and he did an excellent job. I've been to other physical therapy offices where you hardly spend any time with the therapist--but B&B Physical Therapy is different. Here, most of your session is actually spent with the therapist, and the hands-on, personalized care truly makes a difference. I've been working with Steve and Blake since a car accident in January, and without them, I wouldn't have the quality of life I enjoy today. The best! They're unlike any of other pt practice. A physical therapist (not an asst) works with you one on one each each appointment. They provide physical manipulation, laser therapy, tens therapy, etc. All the staff is very friendly. I won't go anywhere else. read more

B&B physical therapy has been so helpful to my husband and I. He has had quite a few surgeries and has gone to multiple physical therapists. Steve and Blake are exceptional. Instead of the cookie cutter therapists, that tell you what exercises you should do, then they leave expecting you to just follow their instructions- B&B stand with you and make corrections as needed and provide encouragement along the way. My care has been more hands on, and Steve has provided much relief for my constant migraines. He isn't afraid that I will break, and he provides the much needed stretching and acupressure to my neck and shoulders. This is one of last few where you still get one on one treatment and are not treated like a bunch of cattle ( max people, in max people out). They actually spend individual time with you making sure the therapist actually observes you doing your exercises, as opposed to telling you what to do and then walking away leaving you to do exercise on your own. Our family has been patients here for years, for multiple injuries, first with Steve and now with Blake. The knowledge and care they provide to their patients is a rare thing in healthcare these days. The office staff is warm and welcoming, efficient, and instrumental in keeping the office running on time. Most recently, Blake has helped me rehab my knee, and I am now back to all my prior activities with no restrictions. He made the process seamless, listening to my concerns and providing excellent feedback, as well as tailoring my treatment and care to my progress. He is very busy, so I recommend making appointments in advance. However, when that is not possible, the office does a great job of accommodating each patient and managing the wait list. A friend of mine back in 2020 referred me to Steve @ B & B Physical Therapy and then all my years I've never been to a physical therapist that devotes the time and attention to a patient and their specific needs. Since I've been going to see Steve @ B & B Physical Therapy, my wife and daughter . I have been to another physical therapy company prior to being a patient of Steve's over at B&B physical therapy and the only way that I can explain how the operation was run is it was a mill a straight up mill no real attention to one's needs no real attention to the people they are listening to what is happening to the body. It's just nothing more than a mill. if you're looking for a physical therapist, that will treat you as you feel you should be treated and give you the attention that you need and help you recover then by all means go to B&B physical therapy. I've been going there for awhile, first for Plantar Fasciitis, which has been successfully dealt with, and now, another issue. I had gone to another Physical Therapist for the plantar fasciitis, and gave up after several months with no progress. My new GP suggested Steve, and he couldn't have been more right. Although painful at first, Steve worked through the tissues and now I experience no pain. The only reason I chose to continue treatment on a 2nd issue was because of the results with the foot. I'm already seeing improvement there as well. Steve is great at what he does, and also a pleasure to interact with, given our frequent encounters. I first saw Steve after injuring my back, My MRI showed two bulging discs. I couldn't walk more than a few feet and was having to use a wheelchair to get around my home. I was in a lot of pain and unable to do my activities of daily living. After my first session, I had noticeable improvement and continued improved after each session. He is a miracle worker. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff, especially Angela, in a warm environment that is professional, clean, and welcoming. Steve's treatments are far above any other treatments I have had, which never produced results. He listens to your concerns and customizes treatments to your needs adjusting his approach as necessary. He's hands on and doesn't just spend 5 min and then throw you on machines. He truly cares about his patients and he works hard to produce results, all while making you laugh, even when he has to torture you! They treat you like family and I have referred many family and friends to B & B. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I have been going to B&B Physical Therapy since they opened twenty years ago for a plethora of ailments. I can say they are excellent therapists, especially Steve, the owner. His thumbs are amazing and his knowledge is second to none. He helped both of my sons and my wife. He doesn't use assistants as most others do. I'm giving this 2 star review for their billing company. They are HORRIBLE!!!!! I went to B&B physical therapy for my shoulder and for the 2 months that i went there. i keep asking if i'm going to see the bill. They told me it will come... So 2 months after i'm done with the therapy itself. I got the bill in sept Because it came out to be $975, I asked if i can pay in 2 payments. I paid $487.50 from my HSA on 10/16/18. Due to the fact that my HSA has not accrued that much. I can't charge the remaining balance until the following month. The office ladies were very accomodating. Which is very helpful. I love them. But these billing people ( alexsysmed) are impossible. They won't reflect the payment accordingly. I paid the last balance of $487.50 on 11/19/18 and Today is 1/13/19 i'm looking at a bill that came on new year's for $487.50. WTF??????? I'm really disappointed at this place. They need to get rid of this billing company. Or they will loose some clients. unacceptable. read more

I have been seeing Steve at PT since October for my migraines and I swear he has magic hands! It's definitely been a work in progress since it's years of tension and stress built up in my neck and shoulders but he has the patience, knowledge and strength to help me. I have never gone to a PT able to accomplish as much as he has. My muscles aren't as tight with as many knots as I started coming in with. Not to mention my tension headaches have decreased by 75% and for that, I am more than grateful. I still have awhile to go but for the first time, I have hope! read more

Unfortunately, this is extremely overpriced. I repeated received $75.00 invoices after my insurance and has paid and they have been paid in full. 20 minutes on a tens unit does not constitute $250 of service. I'd like to see more feedback, a treatment plan and some light at the end of the tunnel. Just asking someone to stay face down on the table doesn't cut the mustard. Individuals with back pain need feedback and feel like the person treating them really care about their progress. read more

I had a good experience here. All the therapists are actually Physical therapists and not aids so you're getting someone who is experienced. I came for Piriformis syndrome and it was deep massage, ice, heat and the tens machine. I did feel better after each session. read more

My wife went to this place with pain in her back hoping that physical therapy could help. I asked her to find out how much it was for a session and what we found out was something much different when we received our first billthey took months to send us our first bill and there were all kinds of added fees that were never presented to her. She never got any relief and we discontinued using them... five months later we are still receiving bills from them. They provide multiple charges with payments and insurance adjustments on the statement that are confusing.... in short we were told that it was about $40 for a thirty minute visit, most of which spent laying down with an electronic shock massager on her back...and about 5-10 minutes of massage... The bill for one visit was $30 for electric stimulation $45 for therapeutic exercise (never provided) $45 for therapeutic act (no idea what this is) $110 for manual therapy (about 10 minutes max) Totaling $230 per visit.... Our recommendation is stay away! Today we got another bill,,, in October that said we owed $173 and it was 30 days past due. I called and told them the bill was paid in APRIL. The lady was very nice and said their inner office communication didn't happen. I'm a business owner and this is just a bad business! read more

The physical therapist are excellent, well educated, and easy to work with. This review is way overdue, but I wanted to make sure I warn Yelpers about this place. They didn't help my injury. In addition, their front staff is incompetent - booked appointments they couldn't keep, took forever to get back to me or simply didn't, and sent me the bill 4 months after the last treatment. In addition, they told me insurance would cover the treatments when in fact it didn't, so I was stuck with a 4-digit bill for no improvement at all. The therapists are friendly, hence the two stars, otherwise I would have given this place one star. Would not recommend. read more

I made an appointment last week and got a friendly call asking if i could come a little later so i was happy to comply. Not only did they get me right in with the best staff helping me, but Steve got down to business with helping ease my pain in my sciatic nerve. This review is overdue. I go to B & B for physical therapy for "Vestibular therapy," specifically for balance issues due to traumatic brain injury. I have had the pleasure of being greeted by Marissa, Miss America out front, and from the first visit they knew me, and treated me not just as a patient, but as a person who belonged there, and they seemed to have the intuitive compassion that should attend anyone who works in a setting where athletes are recovering from sports injuries (I come from a family of big time jocks, am well familiar with rehab--it can be grueling and a friendly face can make a difference). Their welcoming nature is matched by their efficiency and professionalism. Due to my injury, my hand-eye coordination still leaves me writing in an illegible manner. Not an issue. They didn't even mention it. Marissa just took the form and copied it. In my case, I am not recovering from a sports injury, but an accident, and sometimes, particularly because I've seen so much sports rehab with top athletes, I compare myself to the young athletes, whereas I can only take a few steps and get wobbly. Steve and Ruben, the therapists, never even allow me to compare myself to anyone else. They only encourage me, teach me techniques that improve my particular challenges, and help me compare my progress to my baseline. They are all about patience, focus, compassion, giving practical, simple tools--doable at home, and pushing you toward confidence, as they are expert at understanding that no one wants to be injured, less than 100%; many people walk in there impatient to be at peak performance at a breakneck pace, but they are the experts at controlling the speed of recovery so that you can truly return to your life (whether it is a top notch athlete, or in my case, I'm at the beginning stages of just walking with a steady gait) without the risk of re-injury from speeding up the pace to your liking, rather than working at a healthy, truly healing pace. As I said, having come from an athletic family (from all American football players, a coach of the year 2x, to a nephew who may well end up playing pro f/ball, I have seen a variety of trainers, pro and college), I know the dangers of pushing too hard when an athlete who, by nature, is already impatient to return to the field. They are the expert, guiding hand. At B & B, I am certain I am in good hands...I am also certain that I will not be joining the great young athletes I see! But I'm twice their age. I just need to walk straight, which will be a triumph for me. Great thanks to all who make B & B a welcoming place that encourages improvement and healing. As for the "bad" reviews, this is a business like any other--I don't like getting billed either--for anything. But I do, and I have to pay for the services. Let's be grownups here and understand that this is a medical office, basically, not an instant pay mani/pedi salon, and thus there are bills to be paid. I got a Henry Mayo bill (I assure you thousands more than B & B) and it was months later: I had to deal with it--not fun. We worked it out. Such is the way of medical/therapy offices. It wouldn't be different anywhere else. We're there for our bodies, our health. I'm so grateful to have them. read more

This review is long overdue. I went for treatment Fall of 2015 into Spring of 2016. The therapists were all kind. I had no issue with them. I particularly stopped going because I did not see any improvement with my pain. It was quite discouraging. Desperate to find relief I sought elsewhere for treatment. In May of 2016 I stopped treatment and walked into the office to pay all outstanding fees. Fast forward to June of 2017 I receive a bill for over $100. I called and the young girl who answered apologized and stated "our billing department is not very good. They're always behind and clients are always upset because of this". Yeah no kidding they're behind... it's 2017 and I'm paying for a bill from 2015 and as far as I'm concerned it can totally be bogus and I don't even know. So I walk in to pay fee that I owe. Again, I ask if they're certain that I will no longer get a bill from some time of something they decide to make up. She said no you're fully paid now. Well, guess what comes in the mail today.... July 2017 and I receive another bill from 2015!!! This is so ridiculous it's almost comical! Seriously this place needs to get it together. read more
