He really helped my recovery and highly recommend him. The problem is their billing system. Several times I have had random surprise balance pop up. Since 2025 my Insurance covers 100% so I thought that problem would stop. Nope! Got a bill asked why. Next bill shows lower amount. Ask why again. Went down again. No explanation when asked why they show I owe anything no one can answer. It's frustrating and honestly made me stop going here . I switched PT and stopped using chiropractor services completely.

Originally, we were sent to the Palmdale location but couldn't get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I called the Valencia office next and was offered an appointment right away with Denise. If I remember correctly, my daughter was their first infant patient. She started to develop a flat spot and PT was the best route to correct it without resorting to a helmet. Even though my daughter was the first infant, you would not have known from how well Denise took care of her. She made the exercises look and feel like play. No crying! Denise didn't just guide my daughter through the exercises but she also took the time to teach my husband and I how to do it at home too so we could continue the progress. Eventually, Denise had an assistant join (Ayumi). My daughter loved her. Ayumi was just as thoughtful and patient with my daughter too. I was lucky we got to work with them. Both women helped my daughter correct the flat spot in record time. We continued on with PT to help my daughter stay on track to hit her milestones and she did! During that time, we made great memories. Like for Halloween, the PTs dressed up and we had an appointment so I coordinated with Denise and Ayumi so they'd match. Another PT, Jean, was also part of the festivities and the three women with my daughter were the "four" blind mice! Great photo moment. I had so many more but my favorite was on graduation day (bittersweet too) when Denise and Ayumi ended the session I asked for a photo. My daughter had the biggest cheesy smile on her face while Denise and Ayumi held her up. I'll always be grateful for these two and will happily drive the extra distance for their help again should we ever need a PT. Thank you Ladies

The therapy seemed a bit too generic, and I didn't receive the targeted attention I was hoping for. Ultimately, I turned to the internet and found a physical therapy program that was much more specifically attuned to my issues. This personalized approach made a significant difference in my recovery. Valencia Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation does a decent job, but they could improve by offering more individualized treatment plans. Overall, if you're looking for a general physical therapy experience, this place is adequate. However, if you need a more specific and targeted therapy approach, you might want to explore other options. As far as billing goes, they do not take insurance, and I have very good insurance. I have a PPO plan through my work, and they indicated to me that they don't take insurance and that they are not a preferred provider through the insurance programs. This meant I had to pay out-of-network pricing, resulting in about $125 per session for physical therapy. My wife, on the other hand, received physical therapy for her own injury at another clinic that accepted her insurance and provided excellent care, significantly reducing her out-of-pocket costs. Had I known the quality of their therapy prior to agreeing to pay the out of network pricing, I probably would not have chosen to go to them. I have been recommended to them by a friend and my friend thought they did a great job so I didn't question their pricing because I thought that they would be really good in taking care of my back.

It usually takes about 30 minutes, but this time Dr. Lin was done in 10 minutes. A few days later, I noticed uneven, hollow areas under my eyes, which was something that has never happened before. I reached out to express my concerns and request a refund for the $850 I paid (which, by the way, used to be $400). Instead of any accountability, I was told by Lucy that refunds are not offered but that I could speak with Dr. Lin directly. Dr. Lin agreed to fix the issue, so I scheduled a follow-up and another flight from Texas, and another expense. But when I arrived in California, I found out Lucy had booked me at a completely different office (Sherman Oaks) instead of the Valencia office I've gone to for a decade. When I realized the mistake and tried to reschedule, as it was too far away for the time I had to do it. I texted back, emailed, even called, and I was completely ignored. Because of this careless handling, I ended up losing $1,400 in travel costs due to flight changes and extra expenses from the government shutdown. And to make matters worse, I now have to spend another $850 elsewhere just to get my filler fixed. I just want a refund of my $850. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and disrespected I feel after ten years of loyalty. The quality of care and communication has gone drastically downhill since the switch to Unified Health. As a VIP patient, I no longer recognize this practice, and I will not be returning. I am deeply unhappy with my results and the way I was treated.

So I cancelled that appointment due to the misrepresentation and have found another local dermatology group. This is disappointing as I have gone to Dr. Lin for many years and am happy with him but this new group management is horrible.

I can understand 15-20 mins before but 40 mins is outrageous.

I've been going to Next Level for a little over a year. Before that, I was in bad shape due to an autoimmune disease. Over time, I've been able to improve myself and regain some of my strength and stamina. My husband has noticed the changes as well. Brian, who is an expert in my condition, has done wonders with me. Amy and the staff at Next Level are top-notch. They're caring and genuinely want you to succeed in your goals. They value your opinion, listen to you, and ensure that you're performing your exercises correctly. Clear communication between staff and patients is essential and practiced diligently. He doesn't assume that at 94 she isn't capable and he raises the bar for her ~ and she's motivated to meet the bar! I'm perfectly happy to continue bringing her in for her workouts to discover her inner ninja!

She's very personable and has a very great attitude, and cares about her patients . Exercise that she makes me do is actually working slowly, but surely, and makes me feel better once I leave, which is a huge plus. It's very professional and I like how they all wear the same shirt to be in uniform and it's a very clean and spacious building. I also like that it's not far from my house and there's no traffic to get here. They have really good apparatus too for your injuries and my favorite is the red light therapy, which works pretty good for certain parts for injured persons. The ladies at the front counter is also very friendly and get the job done when you wanna make your appointment. I highly recommend coming to for your injuries. My therapist Jonah was amazing and understood my where my pain was coming from. In one visit i feel a significant amount of relief but I am sore which is to be expected. There was not much wait and therapist took his time with me. Highly recommend and will do follow up reviews

I have had to go to physical therapy in the past at other facilities I didn't like so I was…read moredreading going here. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. I was impressed with the facility - everything clean, new and high quality. I got my evaluation with Nadine, who was knowledgeable, kind and explained my condition and treatment in detail. At other visits I had Elle (who was excellent), and Kayleigh - who is knowledgeable, and makes each visit worthwhile. The aides, Stephany and Karen are helpful and personable. I am nearing the end of my sessions and I know I will miss my visits with this group of professional, knowledgeable and personable people. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing physical therapy.
