It isn't a huge deal until i called just to let them know what had happened and seeing if they could/would do anything about it. He told me the screws wear out over time and he cant do anything about that. They are big metal screws and they don't just wear out over a couple years. The response was rude and unprofessional. Attended the funeral of a beloved pastor 2 days ago. The church has purchase property all over the…read moreblock of Main & Roosevelt. I'm from out of state. I parked my car at 12:30 on the Free at Last Bail Bonds lot, which was closed. When I left the funeral at 3:30, I returned to the vehicle to witness my sister being harassed by your employee, Joe. This man threatened to take pics of my tags, and demanded 75 dollars to prevent towing. He tried to coerce money from me but no other drivers that parked on the lot. I guess because they were male. Joe initially said that he was called there by a Mrs. Harris. Later said he was called there by a Mrs. Smith. No LRPD were called to the site. After demanding my $100 back, he said my tags would be turned in to the LRPD and I'd receive a fine. I called the LRPD. A chief with the LRPD informed me that there is NO LAW in which a tow truck company can turn in ANY tags for tickets. It's up to the owners to call the authorities to have a vehicle towed. If you look on FB for Free at Last Bail Bonds, the owner replied and said that NO ONE was at the business, as it was closed for the day. The business was aware of the funeral and had no issues with people parking there. All of this to say that Joe is a liar, cheater, deceiver, and lacks empathy and ethics, and has no business working for you or anyone else. Be careful, because this man is a liability to your company. You better fix your employee ethics issue. FAST.

These people don't sound trustworthy!…read more They said it was too tight to load the vehicle. It was a WIDE OPEN AREA. They just had to go down a PAVED driveway to get back there. Little Mexican man refused and just drove away. When I called them, the rude woman said "Call Someone Else". I was flabbergasted. This company is probably some type of SCAM (gov contracts) where they take everything to their yard. They don't really want point A to point B tow jobs. Now I'm concerned that they have my address!

I had spoken…read moreonce to dispatch days ago when I found out it was there (she was extremely rude then too) and my boyfriend called today and talked to her (rude then). We were finally able to get up there and try and figure things out. The First Lady at the window was very pleasant, then the dispatcher came out and was horrifically rude and aggressive from the get go. Was yelling, being loud, and hateful. My boyfriend tried to ask a question, as we didn't know what the process was and she up and told him to be quiet and kicked him out of the building. I know the tow drivers and their mechanics and they're all nice folks. But, the mega Karen look alike should not be allowed to deal with the general public. Not sure what her problem is, but I think not. The recovery process is already stressful enough without dealing with someone who has an ego trip.
