First time here. They do not vacuum nor did I see vacuum cleaners, but I could be wrong as I was not looking for them. This car wash is brush wash and uses a lot of soap. The driers were really good. And for a sit in your car carwash, that's rare the dryer is so good. They have a couple people that outside drying off the car. But in this weather of 14 degrees, thank goodness for good driers. In the summer this would not be my car wash. But in the very cold this is $14 worthy. read more

Pay for a particular wash, but you don't receive what you paid for. I paid for one of the more expensive washes, but did not receive hot wax or rain sealant. This is the second time. Used to be a good place when they first redid it. Now, just buy the basic wash. That's all you'll get anyway. read more

We have been going here before they were B&C car wash. The staff is always very nice and professional. After covid they are exterior wash only and you can vacuum your own car. I truly miss the interior vacuum, the quality was excellent as well as the value. I still have not been able to find a car wash that I trust that does interior and exterior. This car wash is okay. It's like "Okay, I'm driving past this car wash let me stop here real quick." It's not the best wash, but it'll do. Exterior only, takes cards & cash. Beware of the "unlimited" service: you're getting signed up for a monthly recurring fee no matter if you use the car wash or not. They won't respond to cancellation requests. Let me begin by saying I am not a big fan of the drive thru car was ... until I experienced B&C. I contacted them because I had a mouse living in my car and once found and removed I wanted the car cleaned. Preferably sterilized. The owners and I had discussed my situation over the phone. I made an appointment and had a full interior cleaning/ detailing. They advised me on what and when to get my exterior done, suggesting to wait until after winter. I am extremely pleased with the service and personal attention this company provided. They called me afterward to ensure I was happy. I am also very pleased with the exterior was serviced and purchased the monthly program. I think their attention to detail is the same with their equipment as my car looks amazing after going through the wash. The local business owners are young guys who really understand quality work and customer service. This place has changed owners a number of times but it has stayed reasonable as far as prices for a car wash. The average is $10-$25 depending on what you are looking to have done. You can choose full service or express washes. I went with platinum express which was $12. The wash itself was decent but didn't do a super good job getting my car clean . When they went to wipe it down it was still dirty around the side mirrors . I had to wipe them down when I got home. read more

Would give a ZERO if I could. Brought in my SUV to get washed, paid $28 and it was CRAP. The front end of the car was COMPLETELY FILTHY and I had to come home and wipe down front grill and all four rims. I also REWIPED everything inside as there were streaks and dust on basically everything. I literally have no idea what I paid for if I was going to have to come home and do it all myself. read more

So I brought my father in law's buick here Friday morning and selected the 20 dollar package as his car was dirty inside and out. There were four guys who cleaned inside very thoroughly including the mats. When the car exited, another three guys dried it. When the guys opened up the trunk and cleaned around the perimeter groove of the trunk, at that point I determined that I was at the best car wash that I ever encountered. I have never seen any other car wash perform that cleaning tank before. I provided a 3 dollar tip and will definitely be back here with my own cars. Awesome job. read more

I have gone to this car wash since it opened. It is convenient and reasonable. The newest owners of B&C are really great people. I was going to get my car washed and the attendant noticed I had a flat tire. The owner came out and offered to change my tire. Luckily he had an air compressor and was able to inflate the tire so I could drive to my regular service station. Of course I went back for the wash and to thank them. This car wash is a great asset to Middlesex and the owners are how shop keepers used to be, not worrying about the money but about the people who patronize them. BarbS. read more
