My problem was I had to wait for delivery, as I work out of town for weeks at a time. They actually held my purchase until I was ready for delivery! So when it was delivered, these two very young men called me ahead of time, knocked on my door, moved a small table and lamp out of their way and helped me remove the bed skirt still attached to the box! Then after the removed the old stuff, I asked for time to vacuum under the bed and when I finished, one of them grabbed the vac and moved it out for me! Then after bring in the new box, they helped me put the bed skirt back on, then brought in the mattress and put it in place. I know I am a little old lady, but it is so refreshing to see young men this helpful and kind! They even asked for a hug before leaving! So, Anthony and Vicky, you have a couple of gems there!
