I had already stopped at AutoZone out of desperation, where they suggested it might be a failing fuel pump, which is a potentially expensive repair. Evan took a completely different approach. He inspected the engine, ran his own diagnostics, and quickly determined that the real issue was a misfiring spark plug in cylinder 3. What really stood out was how much he explained along the way. Instead of just fixing the problem and leaving, he walked me through what he was seeing and why. I learned more about my engine in that hour than I ever have from a traditional repair shop. After replacing the spark plug, he cleaned everything up, gave me maintenance tips, and pointed out a few items that would eventually need attention...including a leaking valve cover gasket that had allowed oil to pool in the spark plug well, along with a worn motor mount and drive belt.
