I'm not sure if the treatment change resulted from me writing a public review, but, since then the 1st free oil change (after some back and forth) - was taken care of. The service department folks who took care of me and my car were wonderful. Specifically, Julie and Cole, the Service Advisor - who was extremely kind and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. Also after some back and forth, the windshield agreement has been satisfied. Again, thanks to Cole, whom I appreciated for stepping in to not only solve the issues, but treat me and my experience as something that mattered. The collision center took care of my windshield replacement, and did a great job. Riley assured it would be done same day and it was, promptly. My experience over there was also pleasant. Maybe all genuine, or just due to my first review, but in any case - I'm not looking to complain for the sake of it. The issues were ultimately all resolved, and for that I'm thankful.
