We hired him to do our (very straightforward) taxes for a few years and didn't find out until a few years later that he had never actually filed our returns even though he had taken payment from us for preparing/filing them. I originally reached out to Ryan at the beginning of the year, but was told it was too late for him to work on my taxes so I'd need to file an extension. After tax season I reached out again by phone and was told they could take me on and to email the details. No one ever responded to the email, so I emailed them again and they still just didn't respond. This company seems like it just isn't interested in bringing new customers on- don't waste your time waiting for them to respond because they never will. Ryan has been a great CPA to work with! We walked in with a large stack of paperwork for our personal and business income and expenses, and he took great care of us! He gave me a great check list with a slew of questions to make sure that we were including all of our possible deductions. He had a pretty quick turnaround of a day or few on everything we gave him, and as he was filing for us sent me a spreadsheet so I could double check that all of our business expenses came together. I visited the 4707 N. Broadway office in early September of 2016. I did so based on the Yelp reviews. I wouldn't recommend this guy at all!!!! I told him I needed to provide my taxes to my realtor as quickly as possible because my wife & I are selling our home, he told me it could be done in a couple of weeks. I waited patiently for about a month. I then left a voice mail & sent a text but received no reply. I waited longer nothing happened. I let the holidays pass understanding that I'm not his only customer but that is no excuse for absolutely no communication what so ever! Today 1/6/2017 I visited his office to discover that very little has been done. He told me he thought he was waiting for additional information from me but he never contacted me about it. Although it is ultimately my own responsibility to take care of my taxes, I don't feel that it's my responsibility to chase him down to do a job that he wants payment for. After I expressed my frustration he didn't even offer a discount for the gross neglect, what a waste of time! read more

Ryan is absolutely terrific: I had a backlog of 2 years of returns with K-1s/etc. and he was able to quickly sort through all of the details and process all returns in record time. When the IRS followed up with nonsensical letters (they were missing forms we had already submitted, they processed the years out of order, etc.), Ryan was able to address these within an hour.
