Needed an assessment done on a couple of pipes that, at one point, connected to a water softener…read morethat a previous owner of my house in their infinite wisdom actually put under ground. Of course it failed the first time it flooded; said previous owner just put in a braided pipe to bypass the water softener and just left the whole thing in the ground. After yanking out the entire apparatus (including a still hot electrical outlet) and noting what had been done, I called several plumbers, but Good Guys is the one that actually answered. They came out, gave me their assessment, which was to put in a more permanent solution, and an estimate of what that would cost...which was less than I figured it would be. Two days later, they came back, and had it done quickly and professionally. These guys got the job done, and didn't break the bank doing it. I recommend them highly.

He was able to reuse most of the wood, his estimate was very close to final, with the difference being changes suggested and ok'd by me in advance. Unlike other folks, he keeps you informed. If he has to leave, he secures the area and lets you know where he went and when he expects to be back, then comes back. I have to keep giving him tips, because he keeps giving me deals. 10 of 10, my new go to for home repair issues. Part way through repairing my fence, I sent him to talk to my neighbor at her request, who also lost several sections of fence. I don't know yet what his limits are, but even if it's something he can't do, I'd value his advice, so he'll be my first call.

Does it need salt tablets no, it doesn't.. Little bit down the road I had some plumbing issues. I called another company out and he looked at my sister and he said do you know what that is? I said well Pippin Brothers of Lawton Oklahoma. I said it was a water softener. He said it's not a hard water softer it's water filter and it's not filtration through the house. It's filtering back to itself so I wasn't doing anything.. They hurried the repair, left without letting her know. My wife goes out to check out her faucets, they still leaked. I call them immediately before they get too far away. The tech was resistant, after informing him several times it's not fixed. Price was shocking for the simple repair. Nevertheless, lesson learned, called around and was quoted part for part, labor to labor, significantly less from a shop that takes quality of work seriously. Then he calls me from town tells me the price is $550 because the faucet is more than expected. I said ok whatever I need it fixed we are selling our house. Then he shows up and says he can't fix the other faucet either it would need to be replaced I said no way I will do it you guys need to rename your company "unaffordable" plumbing. He still charged me $400 to replace a faucet that should have been under warranty and labor. NEVER WILL I USE OR REFER THIS COMPANY. Ridiculous prices and they seem incompetent I could have replaced the faucets I wanted them fixed they were only couple months old.
