So when we sold our home and left the system behind, we purchased the same one for our current home in Broken Arrow (Tulsa area) that was installed by General Ionics of Oklahoma. Once again, the results have been incredible. While the water in my area is considered safe and meets EPA and Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) standards, third party testing such as through the Environmental Working Group has identified contaminants such as bromodichloromethane, chloroform, hexavalent chromium, and perfluorohexane sulfonate (PFAS - known as "forever chemicals") in it, to name a few, that exceed health guidelines. To put this in perspective, the PFAS exceed guidelines by 3,800 times! All are associated with very serious health concerns. Although there is not a local Puronics dealer in Broken Arrow/Tulsa, General Ionics went above and beyond to accommodate us. In particular, Alex ensured a quick turnaround getting the system delivered to us and with arranging for an installer, Aaron, to come to our home from the OKC area whose work was clean, precise, and professional. He had to drill through walls, mount pipes, etc., and he did it all with great attention to detail. We highly recommend the Puronics filtration system. I had to redo some cabinet work because they were opening the wrong way and installed some knobs and handles and that was good. We put in some new light fixtures and took out the old ones.. they put in some new fans and took out the old ones. He replaced two boards outside by the garage that were completely dry rotted.. He even replaced the Spicket on my washing machine because it was had a slight leak on it. I didn't even notice it and then he showed it to me . He let me see that it was actually leaking and he replaced that for me to. He's on a project now for me putting drywall in the master bathroom because the builder didn't have water resistant drywall in the bathroom area that was get wet so we had to replace that and installing a new shower handle in main shower. feel like this contractor does do a quality job. He's not trying to rip you off. I never got that impression from him like I have with other contractors. So for the work, I think the value definitely speaks for itself.. He's not shy about giving estimates on other projects while he's there he'll give you free estimates. I initially found him through Home Depot. Home Depot referred him, and he was the only one that gave an honest estimate. Everybody else was talking crazy amount of money.. I'm not super great at fixing anything so I had a lot of stuff that was kind of piled up to fix. The only bad thing is is I can't afford to do everything that I want to do it one time I have to kinda do it a little bit at a time.. Mr. Brian even fixed up something I messed up. I went to the store thinking I was getting ahead of the game went to Home Depot and got the wrong shower for the drain plug and other things and he got the right ones..
