He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!

Stated insurance needs to call first. No explaining no advice not a single ounce of helpfulness. For having our vehicle it's pretty insane how rude and disgusting they treat their clients. The driver, Robert, showed up in about 20 minutes or less. He was very professional, reassuring, and made the job look easy. This wasn't your typical accident that goes through insurance. His driver talked so much sh*t about his boss for how much he charged me. Moving forward to not even a month later, I had my bike towed to Harley 2miles from my house and I had called their sister company to come tow me, the sister company was to busy so they sent out All American again... the driver knew exactly who I was because he was appalled at how much his boss charged me as well!!! As the evening progress, I had a pick up over the Humane Society in Evans Colorado. I got stuck so I had to cancel out the ride and another one came through and I had to cancel that one. So I called the auto club and I talk to a woman who is quite rude to me, but she managed to get me a towing service and his name was Julius. He came out for about 20 minutes. He got my car unstuck as he did not want to get his truck stuck as the animal place does not plow the parking lot.
