The woman over the phone was very nice and walked me through the process of requesting an estimate. I got the estimate in a timely manner 30 minutes later after they spent the time looking into the specifics. When I arrived at the appointment the man at the desk was very friendly. Most importantly they were honest enough to tell me I don't need my drums and shoes replaced yet!! I called Collins to see what they could do for me, since I did not get what I paid for and the answer was. No, it's done and nothing I can do for you.
