I called an hour before the scheduled time today to make sure that someone was coming (because the person I spoke with last week sounded so lackadaisical about the matter), and it was apparently a complete surprise to them; it was as though I'd never previously called. The person I spoke with on the phone asked if I wanted to speak to the owner, and when I said 'yes', she said that he'd gone to the post office, so I asked her to have him call me. About 15 minutes after that, I received a call from someone claiming to be the owner, and he asked me what I needed. I started to describe the preceding events, when he broke in and said "we don't need your G--damned business" and then hung up. I used this firm about two years ago, but I'll never use them again.
