Thiago and his team completed a 2 bathroom project; they added a bathroom and renovated another bathroom. I'm a guy who thinks he knows what he's talking about but actually doesn't, which I'm sure can be more challenging to deal with. Thiago was great about communicating next steps, taking all of our questions and providing suggestions. Our project included full demo of both spaces, adding plumbing/electrical, closing windows and residing the exterior, adding windows, reframing tub/shower area, tiling, etc. To top it off, they removed a 400+ lbs cast iron tub.
