They seem nice enough when you start a project but as soon as they have your money it's like pulling teeth to accomplish the job. Months of no shows, no answering calls, incomplete or wrong ordering, no reply to emails. I took days off of work because they say they will come and they don't show up!! The apathetic owners don't speak with the workers who schedule appointments to complete work and don't show up. When they do show up, they treat your home as if it is a construction site, they damaged so many things in our home; just the worst experience we have had with contractor!

They made sure I got the molding style I wanted, and they even patched up some unlevel concrete subfloor before install. On top of that, they really saved the day when the glue I purchased from Lowe's turned out to be expired -- they were quick to notify me and subsequently remedy the situation by recommending an alternative. They brought the new glue to the site the very next day, preventing the project from any delay.
