Andrew is an honest HVAC technician and standup human being. I worked in HVAC wholesale for a few…read moreyears and got to know the majority of companies in the area. There are only a handful you can trust, Andrew being one of them. Whether you're doing a new instal or need a repair, you owe it to yourself to get a quote from him. That is if he has any availability haha. I had an issue last year with my A/C. Had a company come out right away and the tech tried to sell me on something that I didn't even need. Finally was able to get AC NW out , and the rest is history. Andrew was able to fix it, without over charging me or upselling me on things I do not need. He's a dying breed in the trades industry. Worth every penny!

My dad ran his own construction firm for years and is a very honest guy. Talking with Andrew reminded me very much of talking with my dad about how to proceed with various projects around my home. He was competitive with the price, and I think it was very fair. I will have him out at servicing time, or if repairs do come up. He is not the biggest company out there, but he is the best. Doing business the way it used to be gives you the information to decide. I knew everything was going to go 100% issue free. From my first contact with him would recommend him to friends and family.

Our HVAC system (heater) stopped working on the day after Christmas (a Friday). I called different…read moreHVAC companies and nobody picked up the phone. I called Renaud and they picked up on the first ring. A service tech (Gary) showed up at our house in Kalama within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes: a blown 3 amp fuse in the furnace blower section (in the garage) caused by a frayed wire in the bottom of the condenser unit (outside the house). He took the lid off of the condenser unit, climbed inside, repaired the damaged wire; all while it was raining. He replaced the fuse, and we were back online in less than 30 minutes. The service call and work was less than $300 and we were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and expertise. The price was affordable and we're grateful to Renaud.

This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube, and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.
