Poor management, horrible customer service, no reliably and untrustworthy. Nothing they promise follows through. Oh and for the wait the owner is taking $400 off the total bill, not even 4%. I have requested my deposit back. I have ZERO trust on this company or its employees. 2 other roofing's companies have told me I could have my new roof within 2 weeks, for $4000 less. Price around and everyone else is less, with shorter wait times.

Chase came out and walked us through the current issues we were facing and then described step by step what would be next if we chose to move forward with them. He was respectful and detail oriented with us and made sure we understood the full picture of what needed to be mitigated.
